Taking advantage of india's growing demand, jpfl has rapidly increased its bopp film capacity from 90000 mt in 2006 to 210, 000 mt in financial year 2015-2016 and we are now india's largest producer of bopp films.
state-of the-art manufacturing facilities from dornier, bruckner, goebel & kampf help jpfl produce thin films, matte films, over wrap films, heat sealable films, metalizable / metalized films, label films, opaque white and p.s. Tape / garment bag film etc.

Jindal Poly Films Limited (JPFL) announced the commissioning of its first CPP line at its Nasik (Maharashtra) Plant . With this installation , JPFL has added one more packaging film to its diverse and fast expanding product portfolio.
The 5 Layer CPP line from Reifenhauser with a width of 4.8 meters and an annual capacity of 15000 MT , is the widest and by far the most technologically advanced line in the country. It has the capability to produce a wide range CPP films , both for regular applications as well as specialty films for high barrier and retort applications. The line is also equipped with advanced features to monitor and maintain consistent quality.
The growth of CPP films in India , has been limited so far , due to the lack of availability of high quality films as well as the absence of innovative products , given that most of the current manufacturers are in the unorganized sector . With the launch of JPFLs CPP range , packaging convertors and brand owners can look forward to regular availability high quality and innovative films in this segment.
