These joints are used on track-circuited area. We are manufacturing a large number of Glued Insulated Rail Joints for different rails sections. Which are using on long welded rail section and continues welded rail sections for insulation of rail to the adjacent rails. Mainly we are manufacturing G-3(L) type Glued Joints are assembled using two specially rolled solid Web-fit type Fish Plates of requisite length, which are glued to the rail ends by means of a high strength adhesive. Insulating liners, bushes, HTS bolts and end posts are provided to ensure adequate Electrical insulation.

In dry conditions the minimum electrical resistance of these joints are 25 mega-ohm and the minimum resistance in wet condition are 3 kilo-ohms. The pull out strength of the joints are more than 150 Tonnes and can safely with stand high thermal forces of LWR/CWR through the joint. We have all modern assembling, manufacturing and testing facilities to produce such joints.

Easy of installation at site, minimum number of components without the need for handling chemicals, welding, or detergents gives a total cost saving and reliable product with very high fatigue properties.

We manufacture Steel Trough Sleeper that is pressed out of rolled profiles from our rolling mill unit. These sleepers can be supplied with or without cant, with holes or with Welded arrangement of Base plates, shoulders etc. for fixing of rails as per the customers requirements. Steel sleepers are lightweight, dimensionally more accurate than wooden or concrete and regarded as an effective technical solution for modern rail networks. Specially designed Fish Plates to join two different rail sections are being regularly produced for various customers.

We manufacture different types of rail anchors including T type, used where the fastenings system requires extra creep resisting arrangement. There are various shapes of the anchor made of rolled bars of various sections. The anchors when driven in rail feet, grip the rail firmly and when set against sleepers resist longitudinal movement of Rails caused by passing trains.

One of the most popular rigid rail fixation items, are extensively used to tighten the rail track on wooden or concrete tie. Screw Spikes are used for fixing tie plates on the wooden ties in pre-bored holes and with plastic inserts pre-cast in concrete sleepers. They are extensively used on high-speed tracks with the extremely popular H.M. fastening

We manufacture different types of Washers (Plain & Spring) in accordance to International Level specifications including IS, BS, EN, DIN, GOST and others. The spring washers are manufactured from spring steel bars.
