Advantages of this machine are accurate dosing, drip free filling, easy adjustment as a table machine. The Dosinig Filler fills and dispenses all liquids with two pumps and valves made from stainless stell. Both pumps work on one commun filling needle. Filling needles are made of stainless steel. The capacity of the machine is between 1000 and 2000 fills per hour.

Granule contamination during the tabletting process can cause costly manufacturing problems. 'Black Spots' on tablets resulting in high numbers of rejected tablets, increased wear of punch guides and tightening of upper punches can result in excessive machine down time and high maintenance costs.

Eurostandard Punch Bellows are designed to prevent guideway and tablet contamination during the tablet compression process, a vast improvement over traditional dust caps used in the pharmaceutical, confectionery and allied industries.

The risk of oil contamination from the machines lubrication system is reduced when Bellows are fitted onto upper punches forming a flexible seal. This product has been developed for Euro 'B' and 'D' type punches, which have the Holland Universal seal grooves. Once the punches are positioned in the turret, a simple operation of pushing the bellows over the punch tip and onto the barrel, results in the Bellows forming an excellent seal to protect against product contamination.

The Bellows are manufactured in High Tear Strength silicone, coloured Blue, in compliance with F.D.A. approved regulations and conforming toISO 9000 quality standards.

Use of the bellows will improve the punch performance within the press by reducing the amount of contamination in the punch guide, and help improve the life of the tooling.

The machine is suitable to fill drip free and accurately, ointments, creams, pharmaceuticals and cosmetic emulsion, toothpaste, oil paints, jam, ketchup and similer products in to tubes, jars, bottles, plastic containers etc. The capacity of this attachments between 1000 and 1200 fills per hour. The hooper has capacity of 18 litres, and all parts in the contect with the material to be filled are made of stainless steel.

This operates on the reciprocating cam principle. The intensity of the vibration can be adjusted by changing the speed of the drive unit. The shaker can be fitted with various sieve sets according to customer's requirements.

The dry Granulator consists of two motor driven rollers with teeth. This forces the material to be granulated with very low proportion of powder. This is a very sturdy attachment and can be run continuously for granulating tablets / slugs and pellets.

Defoiler is one of the small but needful machine. It is ideal for recovering the tablets. Capsules from the rejected and unsealed strips without any damage and such recovered Tablets/Capsules can be replaced on strip packing machine.

Defoiler is self contained, portable machine. The machine is fitted with a series of stainless steel, tong and groove pressure rollers, which are driven machine by spur gears. That holds the strip and gradual increase in width of the rollers Tablets/Capsules are pushed out of the pockets, the slitters and foil guides are pushed out of the pockets, and the slitters and foil guides are easily and quickly adjustable according to the strips to be feed. A stainless steel chute is provided to collect the Tablets/ Capsules, which are separated from the rejected foil strip. The design is such that the tablets/ capsules and DE-foiled strips are collected separately. A rotary reversible switch is provided to rotted the machine in reverse direction to clear the jamming of strips. The machine is fully guarded for operator's safety

The coating pan is used to produce uniform coating on tablets. This can be used with the universal Gearing and as a result different tilting angle can be set up to 45 Degree. It is also permits speed control at any desired RPM. For drying the coated tablets an infrared radiator is provided at an extra cost.

This Ball Mill is a very sturdy attachment and mainly used for grinding crystalline materials and for the mixing of dry materials. The Ball Mill consists of the transmission drive, stand of the Ball Mill and the Ball Mill it self. The jar is stainless steel and contains balls which vary in diameter for 30 to 40 mm. The jar rests on two spindles. One of which is driven spindle. The jar and balls can be sterilized in a water bath.

Inside of the through two z- shaped stirrers rotate towards each other at different speed. The special shape of the stirrers and the speed differential at which they operate shorten substantially the required mixing time. Stirrers and trough are made of stainless steel. The unit had a capacity of 3 to 4 kg. The through can be delivered with a double jacket for colling or heating with water. The trough is clossed with cover made of acrylic so that the kheading operation can be watched. The trough can be tiltedfor emptying or cleaning.

P.P. Bottle Capping Machine

The electronic tablet counter offers an extremely versatile and accurate method of counting tablets at high speed. It can handle all shapes and sizes of compressed tablets, dragees, lozenges and soft and hard gelatine capsule. The machine is highly adjustable with a minimum of change parts.

The unit is equipped with a tilting and locking device, which is easy to operate. This permits adjustment of the infinitely variable setting of the pan angle, over its whole range. For the cleaning of the sides as well as the bottom of the pan an adjustable scraper is provided. Parts coming in to contact with the material to be processed are made of polished stainless steel.

The material to be processed is fed manually, or with a metering device, if a continues is required. The tilted palletizing pan, which rotates in a clockwise direction, is tilted to our motor drive.

The material is brought to practically the highest point of the pan and then rolls down in the even strim, to the lower half of the pan.

In accordance with the nature of the material the necessary quantity of liquid to from the pellets is added in certain places. The rolling movement and the addition of moisture causes pellet form. Due to the tilted pan and the movement of the material the larger pellets are carried to the top surface.

The size of the pellets can be influenced by the tilting angle of the pan by the amount of liquid added and the method, which it is introduced. As soon as the pan is full the pellets will continuously roll over the edge of the pan.

The drive also includes a timer in order to set time-based operations. All our Multi-Attachments can be easily mounted and dismounted on the drive with the help of two quick locking and unlocking knobs.

The speed is variable and can be varied between 0 to 400 RPM. This is done via an electronic speed controller and the corresponding rpm is displayed digitally. The drive also includes a timer in order to set time-based operations. All our Multi-Attachments can be easily mounted and dismounted on the drive with the help of two quick locking and unlocking knobs.

This apparatus is used for molding suppositories, Lipsticks and similar products. This equipment permits melting, agitation and mixing during the filling operation. Stainless steel kettle and agitator are heated by a glyeerin bath and 1000 watt heating element. Thermostat permits adjustment of temperature of kettle contents from 20 to 100 C by 1 graduation.

The sled, below the filler nozzle, holds any type of mould. It is adjustable in all directions and controlled by a hand wheel. Capacity of kettle is 3.5 lt. Heating jacket requires 2.75kg of glycerin. Production varies with material, moulds, etc. but production rates pu to 4000 moulds per hour are not unusual.

The pot for filling and molding suppositories and lipsticks are suitable for screwing on our main drive.

The mould as per the requirement of customer can be designed at extra cost.

The 'V' Blender is mainly used for mixing of dry power and its provides excellent results when mixing two different powers. This mixer provides a unique movement to the powers and thus mixes them very well.

This attachment Used in the prepration of oil-in-water and water-in-oil construction in quantities up in 30 kg / hour. Homogniser isprodused by a piston pump. Materials may be fed to the pump either from a hopper, having a capacity of 1.5 liters. Or a screw nozzle may be attached with a suction filter, which sucks the premixed materials from a storage container. Homogniser takes place by the forward and backward movements of the piston. A vaccume is created during the backstroke of the piston, which sucks the liquid back. During the forward movement of the piston, the liquid is pushed against the tips of the nozzle. Adjustment of this nozzel determines the fineness of the homognenization. Homognizer is equipped with a graduated scale. Hopper, piston and nozzel are made of stainless steel.
