Tablets and capsules are counted with a rotating disc. Output Capacity depends upon the size of product. Tablets and Capsules range between 1000 to 1500 fills per hour, Coated tablets between 1500 to 1800 per hour. The unit can be supplied as a combination machine for all type of objects or only for tablets or capsules or coated tablets. For manufacturering counting interchangeable discs which can be ordered at any time as a changepart.all parts coming in to contact with the objects are either made of stainless steel aluminum anodized or plastic.

• Motor section is easily removed from the base with the pull of one interlock pin.
• Three-leg base ensures that the machine is level and allows for flexibility when fitting next to tablet presses.
• Two straight casters and one retractable swivel caster make moving the machine easy and quick. The swivel caster is retracted by a simple spin of the large knob.
• Easy height adjustment achieved by gas strut counter balancing. Position is held by a cam-locking lever.
• Compact entry/exit heights allows for the use of large totes.
