  • Feature A sturdy welded M.S. Frame. The Magnets enclosed in Stainless Steel Drum having Powerful An - Isotropic Ferrite Magnets with Uniform Magnetics field all along the Circumference. Etc
The Coolant Fluid with iron Dust particles Falling by Gravity to the Inlet of the Separator from the Precision Machine Tools such as Grinders, Milling Machines, Automates etc. The Coolant with Iron impurities come in to contact with Magnetic Drum and extracts all Iron particles. The Magnetic drum is kept clean at all times by a Scrapper Blade along the circumference. A rubber Roller Squeezes the sludge gathered to ensure that no coolant is wasted.

  • Applications Five type of Separators Re designed to operate at a predetermined working gap over the conveyor : 100, 150, 200, 250 and 300mm.
Suspended Permanent Magnetic Overband Separators are designed to eliminate tramp metal from the product carried by belt, vibratory feeders or inclined planes.Over bands are mainly used to protect Machine such as Crushers, Shredders and others, to remove ferrous particles and purify products ( Industries like Foundries, Coal Mines, Cement Works, Food, Sponge Iron, Char coal, Glass, Chemical Industries and Domestic waste recycling Plants.)The permanent Magnetic Overband Separators are used when an automatic Removal of ferrous contamination is necessary. If not, fixed Permanent Suspension Magnets are more suitable.

TROLLY MOUNTED SUSPENTION MAGNET

TROLLY MOUNTED SUSPENTION MAGNET

This type of ferrous metal removal unit can be fitted simply in existing pipe line or outlet of various equipments like pulverisor, blenders, & classifier or any other outlet location. In standard type each unit comprises to permanent magnetic grids mounted one above the other. system with multiple grids are available for special application. The grids are easily removable for cleaning. The drawer is fitted with flanges at outlet. As standard the magnetic rods consisting hard ferrite ceramic magnets or high intensity rare earth magnet is fitted in a sturdy steel housing. Model with stainless steel grids and housing can be supplied if required.

The drawer magnets are available with either Ferrite magnets or with High Intensity. Rare Earth Nd-Fe-B Magnets.
