We are offering oil pans apart from extremely critical engine parts like blocks, bed plates and cylinder heads, jaya hind manufactures oil pans sumps for critical engine applications. This critical engine part requires high accuracy of machining, leak proofing and extremely high cleanliness standard. apart from machining, jaya hind supplies oil sumps in assembled condition to its customers, thereby reducing customers in-house processes before engine assembly. Jaya hind today supplies close to 2, 50, 000 oil sumps to its customers in fully machined condition.

We are offering cylinder blocks, in line with company's strategy to move up the value chain, jaya hind focused its efforts on manufacturing critical engine and transmission parts like cylinder blocks, cylinder heads and bed plates. jaya hind has made an aggressive foray into the manufacturing of aluminium cylinder blocks by setting up a most modern manufacturing cell consisting of an hpdc press of 3200tonnes from buhler, switzerland with robotic placement of liners, robotic extraction, wollin sprayers, striko furnaces & integrated trimmings press. the hi-tech cell includes combination gripper for liners, uniquely designed spray head for blocks and has a capacity to manufacture 1, 00, 000 cylinder blocksannum. Keeping in mind the emerging trend of use of hpdc blocks in passenger cars & utility vehicles, jaya hind has already built infrastructure to install 10 such cells.

We are offering crank cases, these are nothing but engine covers blocks for smaller engines. Jaya hind supplies these parts in fully machined condition to single cylinder engines for small commercial vehicle applications as well as for two wheeler applications.

Jaya Hind has also made a foray into Bed Plates. For this purpose, Jaya Hind has put in place a dedicated HPDC manufacturing set-up comprising of a 2200 tonnes casting press from Buhler, Switzerland with Robotic placement of inserts, robotic extraction of castings, Wollin sprayers, Striko dosing furnace, conveyor for inserts, combination gripper for insert placement and extraction of casting, etc. Jaya Hind started manufacturing Aluminum Cylinder heads more than 10 years ago. Today Jaya Hind has consolidated its position as a World-Class Manufacturer of Cylinder Heads by absorbing this critical technology from its European Partners and successfully deploying in the Indian Market.
