Our bricks can resist wide variety of acidic and alkaline chemical processes where fireclay is susceptible to attack. Features of the Carbon Brick include excellent chemical resistance, superior thermal shock and spall resistance. Carbon brick linings are used exclusively where fluorides and hydrofluoric acid are encountered, due to their ability to resist chemical attack from fluoride solutions - for example, phosphoric acid production.

Jash Clay Product is manufacturing of Red shale Acid Resistant Bricks in different thicknesses as per ASTM C279, ASTM C410, IS 4860. We are Manufacturing Red shalel Acid Resistant Bricks with our high vacuum extrusion process and fired in continuous tunnel kiln at high temperature, to get semivitreous structure, low water absorption and high chemical resistance properties. higher values of modulus of rupture, compressive strength and bulk density & lower thermal shock property as compare to fireclay brick. The Red Shale bricks are mainly used in applications that do not include thermal shock. The red shale bricks are strong enough and rich in iron hence they are very strong and have the ability to provide resistance to abrasions.
