The products we are offering are suitable for large sewage or industrial effluent treatment plants and automatically separates the suspended particles present in waste water. Coarse screens:10 mm to 50 mm gaps for removing large objects pieces of wood,

textiles etc.

The Bar/Rack/Wire mesh Screen move vertically up or down in guide channels which are fixed to the side walls of the inlet chamber. Screen have lifting lugs for lifting with electrical hoist. The side of screen have replaceable wear shoe & roller to move screen smoothly in guide channel.

Design Advantages:

• Tapered bars with narrow upstream aperture capture material at the surface and reduce the risk of material jamming.

• Screen bars are inclined 70 to 84 degrees to horizontal to increase effective screening area.

• Electrical indication of overload is provided

• Suitable for channels substantially below grade.

• Raking types contact the screen at an angle greater than 90 degrees to lift screening from the bars.

• Easy to adjust / replace individual teeth.

We designed Electric Wire Rope Hoist as per IS 3938 Class II & Class IV duty operations. Hoists are specially designed for higher lifts, faster hoisting & cross travelspeeds & movableon curved tracks can manufactureson request.

Rope Drum:Steel Fabricated/Seamless Pipe Drum is machine grooved as per IS-3938.

Wire Rope:Usha Martin make Steel/Fiber core Wire Rope as per IS:2266.

Gear Box:Complete gear train for hoisting is in an enclosed cashing provided with Grease/oil lubrication. The gears are made from alloy steel.

Lifting Hook (IS:3815 / IS:15560):Forged steel Shank Type hook with Safety Latch.

Trolley: Runner Wheel can be factor adjusted for Various size I-Beams, trolley, Motor driven, Hand Chain driven, Pull Push type or Curved typetrolley can be provided as per requirements.

Motor:Motor are of Squirrel cage, 40% / 60% CDF rating as per IS:325. Manufactured by Bharat Bijlee/Crompton/ABB/Marathon/JAPS make.

Hoist Brake:The Hoist Motor is fitted with in Electromagnetic brake of Shoe/Disc/Hydraulic type.

Limit Switch:Snap action type Limit Switches are provided to avoid over hoisting and over lowering.

Control:The hoist is controlled from ground level by means of pendent type PushButtons. Control panel is of enclosed type, easily removable cover complete with Transformer Contactors and Fuses.

Stop Log Gates manufactured by JAPSProjectare modular in nature, giving the operator of a gated structure the ability to control the water level in a channel by adding or removing individual Stop Logs. A gate may make use of one or more logs. Each log is lowered horizontally into a space or bay between two grooved piers referred to as a stop log check. In larger gate structures, there will be multiple bays in which Stop Logs can be placed to better control the discharge through the structure.

Stop Log Gates are used For Isolation Duties In Open Channel. Stop logs Can Be Of Single Piece Stacked Together To Achieve The Desired Total Height.
