JMBS have pioneered the concept of on-site forming of sheets in India. For large projects, we offer on-site roll-forming facility to extrude single length sheets more than 100 meters long , directly on to the roof, hence avoiding any longitudinal overlaps and ensuring no water leakage through back ingress of water.
This unique feature makes it possible to avoid overlap joints, reap the benefits of multi-span load distributions, obtain virtually flat roof with 3 in 100 slope.
On-site forming with simultaneous installation means savings in construction time and costs, as well as complete control & flexibility to the client/Project Manager.

JMBS crimp curved roofing is another aspect of JMBS creativity. The crimp curved is aesthetically pleasing along with better structural elements. The 88-200 crimp curved is the favourite of those who seek beauty in their buildings. Crimping adds strength to roofing, thus making it a structural designers favourite. Crimped roof sheets are supplied in custom lengths. The crimp further adds to economy by allowing higher purlin spacing, thus minimising structural steel costs. All our accessories can be fixed onto a crimp curved roof making it a complete product.

Unlike the identical profile sheet used for both roofing and wall cladding by most of the manufactures, we offer a separate profile of 8mm depth for wall Cladding. This ensures an aesthetically pleasing wall giving an international ambience to the building. This profile can also be used as an excellent roof liner sheet.

To facilitate entry of natural light into a building, skylights made from FRP and Polycarbonate sheets are available in all our roofing and cladding profiles. Skylights ensure the minimum or negligible usage of artificial lighting thus contributing towards lesser emissions and electricity costs.

To prevent insects from entering the building, especially where
louvers and other openings might be present insect mesh is used. These are made at our factory as per site conditions, and are availble in both G.I. and Stainless Steel.

JMBS Steel decking of 88mm is suitable for Form-work and composite Roof / Floor decking to cast 50-100mm thick (over the crest) slabs.
The 88-200 profile configuration of the deck sheeting imparts high strength and stability, thereby permitting the provision of usage of relatively lighter sheeting and sheet span ability up to 3.0mtr. This results in substantial reduction in the cost of purlins. JMBS Deck sheeting is of CRCA, Galvanized sheet and pre painted galvanized steel.
The capability of 88mm depth sheet for the wider spans has been tested at TOR Steel Research Center, Bangalore, and the test certificates, if required, shall be provided. The full economic benefits can be availed of our roof decking system when our system is incorporated at the design stage itself.

Z-Purlins are structural members designed and produced using the advanced technology, quality and customer oriented services, for use as secondary supports for economical roof sheeting and wall cladding systems in any type of building with following added advantages:

• Continuous play or splicing for better structural strength & economy.
• 45 degree Lip for better sectional modulus and easy nesting.
• Excellent cold formed section used to fix roof and cladding. Main advantage is the unlimited depth and thickness option available. Higher Zxx value gives more stability in lateral direction and this maximizes savings. Estimated savings are to the tune of 40% in steel as compared to using Hot Rolled purlins or Hot Rolled angles/bars.
