How to Use :

• Mix Powder & Liquid in the proportion of approx 3:1 part by Vol.
• Properly mix to get paste with uniform consistency.
• Use the above prepared paste within 1 to 1.5 hour.
• After filling of joint / crack, finishing can be done within 2 hour.

Extra Advantage

• If needed you can mix any dry pigment colour with powder OR universal stainer (Colour) with liquid before mixing of two part.
• For fine joint / crack filling you can dilute the liquid with about 5 to 10% of water.
• For wider joint / crack you can add about 5 to 10% of sand / grit with powder pack.

HYPOSIZER is a water reducing set retarding type of plasticising admixture for cement mortar/concrete as per IS : 9103-1999.
Chemically it consist modified anionic lignosulfonate which is free from chloride and safe to handle. It improves the durability of plaster/concrete by promoting dispersion of fine cement particle in the mortar mix with reduced water/cement ratio.

Use :

• It is most ideal for all type of plastering and mass concreting work carried out in hot climate.

Dosage : 100-200 ml of HYPOSIZER in a pre decided quantity of water needed for making mortar/concrete mix with 50 Kgs of Cement.
HYPOSUPER SIZER is especially made for durable and high strength of concrete. It is based on blends of organic polymers and is of chloride free & non toxic. By its dispersing power it increases disintegration and hydration of cement particles very well, Which results in much more flowable and compact concrete with reduced water/cement ratio.

Direction for Use

• Surface Preparation : The surface to be tiled must be firm and clean, free from dust, waxes, paint and other contamination.
• Mixing : Mix with clean water using 5-6 liters per 20 Kg. bag to a thick creamy consistency. Adjust mix to suit users preference. Mix sufficient to last 30-60 minutes. Allow to stand for 5-10 minutes and stir again before use.
• Application : Apply with a notched trowel. The final bed thickness must not be less than 2 mm for wall and 3 mm for floors, to accommodate movement. Spread about 1 meter at a time. Tiles must be set in place while the adhesive is still wet on the surface. Press tiles firmly on to the adhesive using a slight sliding motion.
• Coverage : Approx 50 -55 sq.ft/ Bag at 3 mm bed thickness
• Grouting : Grout after adhesive has set for 24 hours.
• Safety Precautions : Non-toxic, but contains cement which contains silica. Wear gloves and appropriate respirator.
• Shelf Life : 12 month when stored in normal dry condition.

HYPOL-Joint Pack is a newly devloped synthetic resin based two component self cure system of NON SHRINK & HARD filling compound for joint & cracks. Both powder and liquid is white coloured odourless and safe compound.

HYPOL-SBR is an emulsion of modified styrene-acrylic polymer which is capable to adhere with any substrate. It is resistive to carbonation and hazardous chemicals. In the construction field it is used as an adhesive improver of cementious mortar.

Use :

• It is generally use for preventing cold joint formation.
• Bonding with old cementious surface.
• Polymer modified cementious repair mortar.
• Water proof cementious coating.

• For heavy duty floor screeds & floor patching.

Suface Preparation : Suface should be structurally sound, clean and free from dirt. All unsound part should be removed and cleaned, moisten the surface with water before any application.

Mortar Preparation :

• Bonding / Coating : Dilute 1 Part of HYPOL-SBR with equal vol of water, to this add a mix of about 2 part cement and 2 part fine sand. After mixing throughly a thick viscous slurry obtained. Apply this slurry with paint brush.
• Polymer Modified Repair Mortar : Prepare a cementious mortar of about 1 part cement with 3 part sand and 2 part grits (if needed) to this mix. add a water mixture containing one fifth part of HYPOL-SBR
• Curing : Protective coating, screeding and repaired part should be allow for air cure for minimum of 24 hours. Then a moisture curing by gentle water sprinkling on the surface should be done twice a day for 2-3 days.

Fixcera is a highly saturated and stabilised system of organic liniar copolymers.
When the dilute solution of Fixcera is sprayed on glaze coated surface it creats a micro thick flexible film on porous glaze coated surface, which assist in printing process by two ways. Description SUMISET is a mining grade high molecular weight anionic type water soluable settling agent.

Uses

• SUMISET is useful for clarification, thickening, Filtration and centrifugation in mineral benefication processes.
• It is also effective reagent for sedimentation of waste sludge in chemical, textile, municipal sewage, food & beverage industries.
• As a retention aid for fine fibers and mineral fillers in carft paper industries.

Solution Preparation

• SUMISET are delivered in granular powder form and needed to prepare solution in water before use.
• Prepare a stock solution having concentration of 0.3 to 0.5% with potable clear water.
• For making of stock solution add water to the make-up tank until mixer / agitator blade covered with water.
• Dirperse the SUMISET powder in to the tank by means of vibrating feeder with continuous agitation, agitator RPM Should not more than 100.
• Continue agitation for about 60 to 80 minutes till there is no any swelled glassy lumps of SUMISET particle seen.
• Now transfer the above stock solution to the holding (Dispencing), tank and dilute it with clean portable water to get 0.1% Final Solution for application.
• It is advised that all prepared solution should be used within 2-3 days.

How to Apply

• Use of positive displacement or gear pump is recommended for metering (Dosing) of SUMISET Solution.
• Add the SUMISET Solution across the process stream so as to get uniform reacting time.
• Avoid excessive turbulence after coagulation.

Dosages SUMISET be applied in a small dosages ranging from 1 to 20 ppm in the form of 0.1% dilute solution depending on types of turbidity and suspended mineral particles.

Calculation of ppm For example 1000 ml (1.0 Ltr.) turbid liquid if needs 2 ml of 0.1% SUMISET solution it is equivalent to 2 ppm.
