Timing Pulleys are widely used in various equipments where timing of both the drive are precious and the display ratio is important. Advantage of timing pulley is to eliminate slippage and to maintain Constant Angular velocity. Timing Pulleys are manufactured as per ANSI / BS standard with Carbon Steel / Alloy Steel / Aluminium with Hardened teeth to provide long life.
Pulleys having Taper bush are normally known as Taper lock pulley.They eliminate re boring and key waying problems. Changing Taper lock bush changes diameter of shaft and position of pulley. we can make above pulleys from single groove to multiple grooves in various sections like a, b, c, d, e. or custom designs
A series of pulleys of various diameters combined in a single concentric unit is knows as step pulley and used to vary the velocity ratio of shafts. Step Pulley is used where variations are required from slow rotations to high rotations with change of torque. It is also known as cone pulley.
A wheel having a grooved rim & Shaft groove for carrying a belt, rope or chain to lift heavy objects. We manufacture CI pulleys from single groove to multiple grooves in various sections like a, b, c, d, e. We make above pulleys from Cast Iron or Mild Steel or as per clients requirements.
V-Belt Pulley Or V-Groove Pulley. This Pulley is also known as aara or Light weight Pulley. This is used to transmit power for low weight. These are normally used where rotation is less and moving part connected to output shaft is very light. Pulleys are made from normally cast iron.
Variable Speed Pulley Drives convert any standard constant speed motor to a variable speed instantly, accurately, smoothly & while the machine is in motion. It also helps to stop the shaft instantly without damaging or giving jerk.
