The TUNNER range of Radio Remote Controls incorporates within its compact size all the functions of abasic radio remote control. Thruster brake is a device to retard the speed of moving machinery and to stop it accurately to the desired position. The braking force is applied to the brake shoes by a pre-stressed compression spring. The shoes press on the rotating brake drum retarding its speed, and finally stopping it. The releasing of the brake and compressing of the spring is done by thruster.

Rotary Geared Limit Switch GRLS is used to trip motor supply when the moving load reaches the extreme end positions of working zone. The driving motion is transmitted by worm gear through worm shaft. The rotations and movements are transmitted to switches by adjustable cams.
Worm Drive Limit Switch FGLS are suitable for use on reversing drives, such as Hoists, Cranes, Winches, Rolling Mills, Theater Curtains, Coke Oven etc. The driving motion is transmitted by worm gear. All gears and hubs are made of low wear thermoplastic material. The rotational movements are transmitted to switches by adjustable cams.
Limit Switch LSR Cross Rotary for travel Motion Operates the control change over the contacts of a motor of a moving equipment which when operates with a load a actuates the 300mm rods of the Limit Switch and this in turn operates the NO/NC change-over contact elements.
Operates the control change-over the contacts of a motor of a moving equipment when a cam moving with loads actuates the lever / (or the weight rests on a surface) of the Limit Switch. This turns the cam on a square shaft and operates the NO / NC change over the contact elements.
Grab Differential Limit Switch
It is used for stopping the closing motor after closing or opening, regardless of the height of the grab and starting the holding motor after closing, for the transition to the hoisting action as well as for stopping the holding and closing motors at hoisting and lowest grab position.
Master Controller is housed in an enclosure and provided with an easily removable cover with ample area for maintenance. The cam shaft is mounted on bearing bushes on the walls of the housing.
They are made of delrin material and fixed on square spindle switch which are moved by a handle. The cams are cut according to the switching program.
Dual Master Controller with one universal handle allows a crane operator to control both bridge and trolley motions with one handle. Simultaneous operations of bridge and trolley motions are provided for greater sporting accuracy and faster movement of loads.

Esenpro make 'EP' Series Standard Helical, Parallel Shaft and Standard Bevel Helical, Right Angle Shaft, Hardened and Flank ground gear units. EP Series are designed and made on the basis of most advanced scientific computer aided design and study of gear tooth geometry and shaft deflection.
Housings are made of closed grain cast iron whereas for larger sizes stress relieved and shot blasted M.S Fabricated housings are used.
For maximum gear efficiency they are carburized, hardened, tempered and subsequently flank ground an accuracy of DIN Class 5/6.
Additional cooling devices like fan cooling, cooling coil, and external heat exchanger are provided as per thermal power limitation.
Taper Lock Bush is the changeable part in Taper Lock Pulley. Over a period of time shaft damages center part of Pulley and whole pulley needs to be replaced.but using taper lock bush pulley can be reused. It also reutilises the taper lock pulley by just simply changing taper bush of the pulley and saving the cost of entire pulley.
Roller chains are used in basic power transmission.Roller chains are used in low- to mid-speed drives at around 600 to 800 feet per minute. Roller chains runs on simplex sprocket. The roller chain design reduces friction compared to simpler designs, resulting in higher efficiency and less wear. The honey comb Chain/Belt are constructed from cross rods and a flat metal strip. At the sides of the belt the cross rods have a welded ring (welded edges). The honey comb Chain/Belt is positively driven by sprockets, and can be used in conveyors. It is used in Ovens, washing, cooling, drying, sorting, & bread production systems.
Duplex Chains is variant of roller chain to carry more load on transmission. The size of chain defined by pitch of chain (distance between center of consecutive rollers in chain), Diameter of Roller which is designed on basis of Diameter of Sprocket and no. of teethes on sprocket, thickness of plates calculated by load to be taken etc. Duplex Chain are used in combination with duplex sprockets.
P.I.V. ( Positively Infinitely Variable ) Chain links contains packs of hardened steel slats which slide freely from side to side to conform with grooves in the wheel faces. This unique self forming tooth capability results in positive no slip transmission and long chain life. PIV Chain is mostly used in PIV Gearboxes.
Large Pitch Conveyor Chain are designed to carry heavy loads and endure rough loading. Large pitch conveyor chain is designed to operate in harsh conditions. The chain is designed with relatively large clearances between components. Attachments are high in strength to carry load between large spaces.
Hollow bearing pin chain facilitates fixing attachments to outer links by bolting through the hollow pin and is suitable for use in all normal conditions. It is ideal for setups where spacing of crossrods or pins must be changed frequently. It also conserves weight compared to roller chain.
