Description

  • The liquid cooling function of the Cast Band Heater is of primary importance in maintaining the proper temperature of the barrel in the extrusion process.
  • This Heater can be manufactured in STRIP TYPE & BAND TYPE .
  • In Band type it comes with Water Cooling system & without Water cooling system. All Aluminium Cast heaters are customized. The Tubular Heating element is embedded in the Aluminium cast & machining is to be done to get the required size.
  • High Thermal Conductivity provides uniform temperature. The main application of these heaters are in the Extruders .

  • Jalak Electricals versatile Tubular Heaters are custom-formed in a wide variety of shapes to correspond to your requirements.
  • Tubular Elements are the most versatile, dependable and rugged of any heat generation device. These qualities make it an ideal heat source for many applications. Anupam uses precision wound 80-20 nickel-chrome wire to deliver an even heat distribution to the element sheath. High purity, grade A magnesium oxide is used as the internal insulation to insure the best thermal transfer and insulation resistance. A variety of electrical terminations, mounting fittings and brackets, along with the wide array of bending options, allow for easy integration into any heating system.
  • Tubular heaters can be used in almost any application. Straight Tubulars can be clamped to metal surfaces or inserted in machined grooves for conductive heat transfer. Or use a formed Tubular to provide consistent heat in any type of special application.

Description

  • JalakElectricalsThe helical wound heating wire is made of a high temperature resistant NiCr alloy. And the insulation consists of superior grade of magnesium oxide (MgO). As the heaters are swadged, even at high sheath temperature they have excellent electrical insulation and a high heat transfer. To prevent the heater from moisture the connection ends are sealed with sealing components.

  • Precise forming of the heater is required to fit properly into the groove in the mould. To ensure this fit normally use a template as an inspection tool in the forming process. This template can be custom supplied or manufactured by Anupam as per customers design.

  • Heaters are available in dia 6.5mm, 8mm, 8.5mm and square section of 6mm x 6mm or customize diameter.

Coil Nozzle Heater

FEATURES :-

  • Jalak Electricals nozzle band heaters COIL TYPE are capable of performance under the most adverse conditions. Highly recommended for processing high temperature resins to eliminate premature failures due to burn out/ process material leakage.
  • Heat transfer is based on conduction as well as on radiation principle, which not only improves the thermal efficiency but easy to assemble on nozzles as no pressure on heating surface is essential. Even unskilled operator can fit the heater with no risk of failure of the heater.
