Liquid Pipeline Magnet is ideally designed for the extraction of ferrous particles such as rust from fluids, conveyed by pressurised pipelines. Manufactured in 316 stainless steel, the unit is simply connected to the existing pipeline via flanged or threaded ends. Sealed high intensity rare-earth magnetic rods filter the flow and extract the unwanted ferrous metal. Simple and easy access is possible using the quick release lid.

Hump Magnet is an in-line magnet for extracting ferrous metals from pneumatic conveyor systems. Each Hump Magnet contains two powerful magnetic plates positioned at right angles at each other. Hump Magnet attracts any ferrous particles that may pass through the material flow system, thus ensuring the material is free from any metal or ferrous contamination. Installation of these Hump Magnets has resulted in ensuring the purity of the material. Hump Magnets are widely preferred in cotton mill blow room section line.

These magnetic grids are encased totally in 316 stainless steel for rigorous handling. These hopper magnets are used in hoppers in various industries. For even higher level of protection, double and triple banked grids can be manufactured. All magnetic grids are manufactured with the use of powerful rare-earth neodymium magnets (NdFeB), which can extract even fine ferrous particles in the form of dust.
