To achieve desired hardness, material of suitable thickness is taken and rolled down to desired thickness that requires hardness. After rolling, the material is pinch passed and final product is obtained. Our range is suitable for components where formability is limited. The strip is directly punched and formed. Moreover, these strips are available in low, medium and high carbon grades.

Leveraging on our sophisticated and state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, we manufacture a qualitative collection of Low Alloyed Steel Strips that are manufactured using superior quality raw material. We offer two grades of low alloyed steel strips that comprises of 50Cr4V2 and HC21. This steel can achieve a maximum hardness of 670 VPN after tempering. These are extensively used for automotive use and have the following physical properties: Hardness : 220HV max Yield Stress : 340N/ mm2 max Elongation % : 20 min  HC 21

The medium carbon steels are similar to low carbon steel except that the carbon to 0.60% and the manganese from 0.50 to 1.65%. Increasing it to approximately 0.5% with an accompanying increase in manganese allows steel to be used in the quenched & tempered conditions.
