Bharwan Laal Mirchi is our speciality. Only special seasonal red chillies are handpicked, cleaned stuffed with home blended spices, mustard oil and a hint of Vinegar. The red chillies are not so spicy and thus give a wonderful contrast of flavors and texture. Soaked in the aroma, and Natural preservation enhances the flavors and the longevity of the pickles.

Khatti-Meethi Aamiya chutney is made in small batches from handpicked seasonal green mangoes. After a thorough inspection, mangoes are peeled, grated, and cooked with sugar, vinegar and spices. Natural preservation enhances the flavors and the longevity of the pickles. (Serving suggestions: carry it in Tiffin with paranthas, serve it with daal chawal. Pair it with spicy food for a contrast of flavor.)
