Butt Fusion jointing is a method of joining PE pipes using thermal fusion. This technique permits the quick assembly of long continuous joints in a faster and economical way without the use of modified pipe end or couplers. The fused joints are reliable and as strong as the pipe itself thus providing total leak proof system. We also provide experience and skilled satff to conduct and supervise the jointing operations.

Jain Net houses are available in different sizes and constructed as per customer requirement. The sizes vary from as small as 120 Sq. M to 5, 000 Sq M and more.

Jain Micro Ducts are specifically made for installation in the existing (new or old, empty or preoccupied) HDPE / PVC ducts by blowing, jetting or pulling technique. The ducts can be bunched & blown in various combinations & colors thus allowing extra channels for future cabling needs & increased pathway. Its low sliding friction aids in easier blowing & jetting of micro ducts & allows longer pulling distance thus increasing duct integrity resulting in quality installation at lower cost.
Jain Micro Ducts are available in 7mm, 10mm & 14 mm OD with different wall-thicknesses.
Micro ducts are available with permanently lubricated smooth inner wall or permanently lubricated ribbed inner wall.
Jain Anti-Rodent Duct
Ducts are generally installed by direct burial method. At many places rodents are present even at depth of more than one meter below ground level. Unlike human beings the front teeth of rodents grow throughout their life., hence to trim it they chew soft materials like PE & PVC pipes to keep their their teeth within size. This results in damages to the pipes & the cable in it. Jain anti rodents ducts provides the best solution to such problems by incorporating a bitterent in the pipe to dissuade rodents from chewing it. Antirodent ducts are tested at institute for Toxicological Studies, Pune for its antirodent properties. Antirodent ducts are available in various sizes starting from 32 mm onwards.

Jain Photovoltaic Modules are made from high efficiency Mono / Multi Crystalline solar cells The cells used are of 14.0% to 17.5% efficiency. The cells are encapsulated in a low iron content, high transmissivity, tempered glass using UV stable Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) sheets. The premium quality back sheet protects the cells from the environmental conditions. The laminates are framed with strong and anodized aluminum profile with multiple holes for ease of installation. PV modules are fitted with 2/3/4 terminal junction box, depending on application. The mdoules with 4 terminal junction boxes are generally fitted with by-pass diodes.

Drip Hose and PE tubes are used as a submain/lateral pipe in micro irrigation system. These hose and tubes are UV stabilized and are able to withstand environmental effects.
Jains Hose and Tubes are manufactured from virgin special grade polyethylene. Jain Polyethylene hose and tubes are tested in accordance to Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), American Society of Agriculture Engineer (ASAE), and American Standard for Testing and Materials (ASTM). Jain products passes through stringent quality tests in our advance ultra modern laboratory before it reaches you.
