Tracing, Carving and Digging process occurs a smart creation of wood. After finishing wood carving area final output comes in the form of An Ancient and Ethnic wood staff in the shape of natural creation of god.

Above Picture showing Tracing of required pattern over wooden raw block and somewhere you can see some carving has been done. Tracing is done with small iron niddle tool which make sharp and clear tracing over wooden raw block. During the tracing it is very important that the required pattern will be repeat while printing so repeat point should be marked.

Tracing & Carving process having lots of time accordingly design pattern and thickness or thiner block. Normally one single motif block having 1-2 days for carving process. If A pattern having 4 colours means 4 wooden block will develop for printing process. Thats why 4 wooden blocks preparation time will consume minimum 6-8 days.

During the carving process, depth of wooden carved area and block impression is most important factor and causes best/poor printing impression.
