JACCO Power Cables are used for transmission of power in power plants, industries, projects and all other electrical installations. The power cables manufactured by us are reckoned for its wide range and applications in various industries.
Aluminium Conductor conforming to IS: 8130:1984.
Conductor is insulated with specially formulated superior grade of PVC compound as per IS: 5831:1984 which offers high insulation resistance and necessary electrical strength. The insulation is resistance to moisture, oils, etc giving long life and electrical safety.
Two cores are uniformly twisted together to form a pair with maximum lay length 80 mm. The lay shall be so chosen as to minimize cross talk in the cable.
Cores are laid up with a suitable lay. The Final layer direction shall be kept right hand lay./p>
The outer sheath of cable is done with special grade PVC Compound, conforming to IS: 5831:1984.
High quality standards are built into every 'JACCO' product. Rigid tests and checks at every stage, from raw material through manufacturing stages and finally upto the finished product ensure that JACCO Cables meet customer satisfaction.
These cables can be used on Voltage grade upto & including 1100 V.
All the information given here is in good faith. Jacco Cables Pvt Ltd will not be liable for any kind of damages arising out of incorrect usage or interpretation.
Today communication has become the basic need in our lives. JACCO telecommunication cables are designed to reduce cross talking and to increase voice clarity. Our telecommunication cables are most suitable for use in offices, buildings, hospitals, industries, PBX and in central exchange for interconnection of distribution framer switching and transmission equipments, etc.
Solid Annealed High Conductivity, uniform coated with Tinned, Electrolytic Grade Copper Conductor of diameter 0.5mm.
Specially formulated high grade PVC Compound capable of withstanding higher conductor temperature in different colours.
Two cores are uniformly twisted together to form a pair with maximum lay length 80 mm. The lay shall be so chosen as to minimize cross talk in the cable.
The Layers in cables shall be stranded with a suitable left hand lay. The Stranding lay of all other cable cores shall be alternate. The cable shall be wrapped with polyester tape.
A nylon rip cord shall be laid up longitudinally under the sheath for effective means of slitting the sheath longitudinally to facilitate removal without damaging the insulated cores.
The Laid up of pairs are covered with specially formulated PVC Compound of Grey colour. The sheath shall be uniform and tightly fitted of overall diameter.

JACCO Coaxial Cables are widely use today in buildings, offices, hotels, hospitals, residential complexes etc., and has gained confidence among viewers by delivering quality transmission of True Picture & True Sound.
JACCO Coaxial Cables are made of high conductivity electrolytic grade annealed bare solid copper conductor.
Gas Injected Physical Foam Polyethylene.
Poly-aluminium Tape Braided With Aluminium Alloy with Minimum 60% Coverage. This double screening provides better attenuation values compared with cable with single screen.
After screening the outer jacket is extruded with special grade PVC which is abrasion resistant.
High quality standards are built into every 'JACCO' product. Rigid tests and checks at every stage, from raw material through manufacturing stages and finally upto the finished product ensure that JACCO Cables meet customer satisfaction.
JACCO coaxial cable is the most common cable used for Transmission of audio and Video Signals and in CATV System.
