Shelf Life : Non Melt High temperature grease # SS 7450    does not exhibit any significant change in properties if stored properly in original packs for over two years. Slight hardening of the paste or slight oil bleeding is considered normal and is reversible by agitation.

Description : This grease contains a polymeric additive, which improves its affinity to metal surfaces and provides superior wetting and adherence. These greases provide superior lubrication than ordinary lithium / petroleum greases and have a longer serviceable life.

 

Composition : Semi Synthetic grease # SS 7200  is composed of synthetic oil, thickened with lithium soaps, free from solid lubricants.

Applications : Semi Synthetic grease # SS 7200  is specially designed for very high-speed bearings. Other applications includes all types of ball, roller, needle and spherical bearings operating at slow, medium and high speeds, high temperatures up to 165 °C and moderate load. All equipment subject to frequent stop-go operations or heavy sliding friction including splined shafts, threaded drive, spindles and drive couplings, loaded gears in machinery and heavy duty vehicles, tractors, cranes, excavators, conveyers and fork lift trucks.
