Features of the oven:
The oven is composed of a solid iron structure, with walls of stainless steel of 12 mm thickness in order to minimize losses due to inductive effects. The heating part of the furnace FFC / A is built with heating of silicon carbide rods that can deliver a maximum power of 2 kW on each of the 3 groups of resistors.

MELTING ZONE
The melting of metals takes place in a graphite crucible by electromagnetic induction. The variable magnetic field, generated by the frequency converter installed on the machine, determines the formation of eddy currents in the graphite crucible and in the metal itself. The resulting Joule heating effect causes a temperature rise up to pass the metal or metal alloy melting point.
AREA OF CONTROLLED SOLIDIFICATION
At the bottom of the crucible is combined with a spinneret of the same material (graphite) that has a cavity of the desired shape by the customer (framework, rectangle, round, tube, tape, more .).
