Features of the oven:
The oven is composed of a solid iron structure, with walls of stainless steel of 12 mm thickness in order to minimize losses due to inductive effects. The induction heating coil is immersed in a special refractory cement. Both the crucible that the coil are contained in a thick case made of resin plates and glass fiber.
The crucible tilting system takes place by means of two double-acting hydraulic jacks, with speed 'adjustable.

Oven Melting Wise To Ashes FFC

The melting furnaces for taste ashes of the FFC series are used to melt the ash of precious samples and obtain a rectangle containing the noble metals present in the ash.

The heating part of the furnace FFC / A is built with heating of silicon carbide rods that can deliver a maximum power of 2 kW on each of the 3 groups of resistors.

This power is adjusted automatically by means of electronic control of each phase, so that the operator avoids having to intervene manually in order to maintain the constant absorption over the three phases.

This allows a long-term resistances.

In the oven FFC / I on the other hand, the heating of the crucible takes place by means of an induction medium-frequency converter.
The furnace is provided with collector for the sliding of the suction with adjustment damper fumes.

Refreshed in design and performance, allow to reach the operating temperature in a very short time, with consequent energy savings and optimization of working cycles.

Furnace For Continuous Casting FIM CC

The furnace for continuous casting of metals and precious metal alloys is designed to provide the user with a defined shape product strips (framework, rectangle, round, tube, tape, more .) to be sent to subsequent mechanical processing of drawing, rolling or other.
The continuous casting furnace is mainly composed of two overlapping zones, a melting zone of the metals and a controlled solidification of the same area in a defined shape.

MELTING ZONE
The melting of metals takes place in a graphite crucible by electromagnetic induction. The variable magnetic field, generated by the frequency converter installed on the machine, determines the formation of eddy currents in the graphite crucible and in the metal itself. The resulting Joule heating effect causes a temperature rise up to pass the metal or metal alloy melting point.

AREA OF CONTROLLED SOLIDIFICATION
At the bottom of the crucible is combined with a spinneret of the same material (graphite) that has a cavity of the desired shape by the customer (framework, rectangle, round, tube, tape, more .).
From this chain will exit the metal in the form chosen.
The chain, removable and interchangeable, constitutes the real of the crucible and once melted the bottom, the liquid metal begins to penetrate the shape of the chain assuming the shape of the cavity.
Advancement of metallic form when exiting the die provides a towing system based on motorized knurled rollers.

The oven is used for the vacuum melting of platinum, palladium, dental alloys. The induction furnaces Italimpianti Orafi are all equipped with static converters medium frequency (4 to 15 kHz), which guarantee the homogeneity of the alloys.

The high technical level achieved in the design of the inductors, also combined with a modular construction technique and the use of high quality materials, guarantees maximum production even in the harshest conditions. The furnace is composed of a completely stainless steel casing rafreddato water wheel in which the crate with the crucible and mold for casting or cylinder for tilting casting. The case is done by tilting motor with inverter and proportional joystick.
