TECHNICAL FEATURES OVEN:

The type ovens FN70 / A-A1, FN100 / A-A1, FN140 / AB have two heating zones. The electrical heating elements are constructed with a thread resistant to temperatures exceeding 1200 C. The motion of the belt start-up and the opening of cooling water takes place automatically when the oven temperature exceeds 350 C. The ribbon movement off and the cooling water closure happen automatically when the oven temperature drops below 350 C. The protective gas used for the two protective burners are: propane, methane or butane. As regards the feeding of the reducing gas (H2 + N2) can be used both in cylinders or generated by dissociation of ammonia.

OPERATION
Once started, the generator provides a continuous flow of nitrogen with a purity required by the customer continuously monitored by an analyzer of the residual oxygen with adjustable alarm threshold. The production of nitrogen in the gaseous state through the separation of air is a very simple and self-healing process, based on the separation characteristics of the molecular sieve CMS (Carbon Molecular Sieve), which absorbs the oxygen molecules present in the air and passes those of nitrogen.
FEATURES
The nitrogen generator is composed, depending on the model, from a minimum of two containers (A and B), filled with molecular sieve CMS, which operate in an alternating manner. While the container A through the compressed air produces nitrogen, the molecular sieve of the container B is regenerated and depressurized to ambient pressure. This cycle has a duration of about 60 seconds and then is the container B to produce nitrogen while the molecular sieve of the container A regenerates itself: this air separation technique is called PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption). The combination of all these characteristics, together with the control instrumentation, allows to offer an optimal solution to completely satisfy any type of requirement obtaining, in addition to the low cost of the nitrogen production, high degree of safety due to the absence of high containers pressure and a considerable flexibility of use.
It employs innovative components tested and efficient for the excitation of the samples and detection of the signal. Production of high quality and attention to detail are the basis of accuracy, speed and exceptional safety of this system that provides results on the ground as if you were in the lab.
For applications not Metal with SPECTRO xSORT it is possible to generate results as in the laboratory for all relevant elements from Al to U with a single measuring cycle that lasts only a few seconds.
For Metal applications can be analyzed up to 41 elements in just two seconds including the light elements Mg, Al and Si, which require a slightly higher measurement time.
The wastewater / process normally contain small amounts of precious metal solid particles in the form of sludge, difficult to treat with the use of standard equipment such as settling tanks for gravity, filter presses, etc .

The majority of the solid particles are collected from the sedimentation tank and accumulated in the conical bottom of the same, the remaining part of the particles are retained by the cartridge filters of microfiltration unit.
