Cold storage under multipurpose concept and cod rooms can be manufactured with the sandwich panels from the temperature range of (+)11C to (-)60C. These enclosures are called Cold rooms/ Freezers/ Deep Freezers etc.
A variety of combinations of the outer and inner skins of the panels can be manufactured.
A conveyor moves material. It is a part of material handling system which used in the world to minimize the Labour and increase the movement of material.
A conveyor can move the material by Gravity, against Gravity and for Gravity. This system is done by a moving belt or rollers. In case of belt, the belt is moved by electrical power and is called a "BELT CONVEYOR".
A belt conveyor consist of a belt, pulley and drive. There are other components viz. return idler, take up screws etc used to stabilize the movement and keeping the tension of the belt constant.
The drive is done by a electrical motor coupled with the roller that drives the belt. The speed of the belt is variable from 50ft/minute to 85ft/minute.
