ISF bucket elevator is ideal for vertical transport of materials such as grains like rice, wheat, corn, sunflower seed, sesame seed etc., pellets and powder. It handles a variety of free flowing material like rice, wheat, corn, sunflower seed and malt grains in a very gentle manner having very negligible fall back. It is highly resistant to wear and can be placed for indoor as well as outdoor use. Various models and sizes are available depending on materials being conveyed and the required capacity.

By using self-cleaning and self-aligning pulleys supported by flanged bearings at its both ends resulting low maintenance cost and higher speed of pulleys discharges material by centrifugal action. We always use UHMWPE lining which minimizes any type of wear and increases efficiency. Drive through geared motor ensures low power consumption.

The ISF chain conveyors are ideal for horizontal and inclined conveying of materials demanding a completely closed dust proof transport such as grain, pellets and powders. Various models and sizes are available depending on the materials being conveyed and the required capacity.

We supply as standalone equipment or as part of a turnkey plant to rice mills and dal mills as per their specific requirement. We always use UHMWPE lining which minimizes any type of wear and increases efficiency.

When it comes to the grading of material as per required sizes, ISF provides good range of indent cylinders. The indent cylinder is used for grading by length all granular materials and for separating unwanted long or short product impurities. The size of grains can vary as per packing requirement. Depending on the required grading the incoming product is sorted according to roundness or length.

The product passes from the inlet housing into the interior of the rotating cylinder, the cover of which is provided with punched holes or so-called indents. The grains that embed themselves in the indents are carried, and after a certain distance, fall out of the indents into the trough and are discharged by a screw conveyor.

All grains which are larger than the indents remain inside the shell and are carried to the outlet where the shell empties into the outlet casing. Depending on the required grading, the incoming product is sorted according to roundness or length.

ISF valves range consists of pneumatic slide gate being operated pneumatically with the help of compressed air to be fed by compressor to control the flow of material.

Standard features of pneumatic slide gate covers mild steel sheet with powder coating, pneumatic cylinder, reed switch, solenoid valve, PU tube, elbows & connectors. It is provide only in fully automatic plants incorporated PLC system.
