With the expertise & years of experience, we designed & supply booths for sanding and grinding applications, this high production dust collection booth features an open-face booth design, fully assembled dust collection modules and a high-capacity, low-noise recirculation fan with anti-sparking safety system.
Air extractionis generated by one or more high-efficiency centrifugal electric extractors.
Air treatmentis ensured by double filtration system. The first barrier has a special labyrinth filter that retains coarser particles. Finer dust is retained by special cartridge filters, with filter tissue in antistatic polyester. Dust is filtered out, while clean air is exhausted back into the plant.

IRY Pick & Place system is well designed, fail safe equipment that allows to have a level change of the load being lifted. All the horizontal and vertical translations of the load in space, within the system action area are free and obtained by a direct action of the operator on the gripping tool or on the load. We offer powder coating booth with post filter. These are available with latest standards that helps to increase the operator efficiency, by making smooth functioning of whole process. These booths are highly preferred in industrial applications like automotive sectors.
This type of booths are ideal for small to mid-size powder application. This booth is built with purge control feature to ensure cartridge filter remain clean, which gives safe operation of the coatings enclosure by maintaining the airflow at design levels. The time is used to activate the air purging valves that clear the cartridge filters and ensure the maximum life.
