Ointment Manufacturing Plant

Ointment manufacturing Plant is an ideal tools for the pharmaceutical & cosmetic industries for the production of Ointment, Cream, Lotions, Tooth Paste & other emulsions & homogenization. It is specially designed to take care of two critical factors which directly affects the quality of the Ointment / Creams.Negligible vacuum drop during mixing & blending. Needless to say, it also provides the benefits of the effective manpower utilization.IPSONSS Ointment Manufacturing Plant consist the following equipment’s and accessories.

  • Manufacturing Vessel.
  • Wax Phase Vessel.
  • Water Phase Vessel.
  • Storage Vessel.
  • Vacuum Pump.
  • Control Panel.
  • Product Piping.
  • Working Platform.

 

Material Transfer Pump to Transfer material from manufacturing Vessel to Storage Vessel & Storage Vessel to Ointment ( Tube ) Filling M/C. The Wax and Water at required temperature are transferred to Manufacturing Vessel or Planetary Mixer, by vacuum through conical filter. The product during emulsion formation is recirculated through Ointment Transfer Pump The Pump also discharges the product in the Storage Vessel.

The Storage Vessel is then taken to the filling area and is connected to again Ointment Transfer Pump. Or Storage Vessel remain fixed ( In bigger size ) & pump transfer theointments in the hopper of the Ointment Filling Machine. The entire Plant can be operated by centralized operating panel by one operator.The plant is equipped with an electrical control panel with digital temperature indicators and digital timers.

Minimum two batches per shift of the same product can be assured in this plant.This plant conforms to CGMP standards (Paint Free Construction).

Oscillating Granulator

High Speed Uniform Granulation Process

Application & Process :Oscillating granulatoris used for gentlehomogenization, size reduction, grading and sieving of dry, sensitive powders and granules in pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries.
Oscillating Granulatorhas one rotor with five edges, which oscillate on horizontal axis at about 180 per minutes. There is one half round sieve mounted at the bottom of the rotor. Product is charged from the top through in feed hopper and material falls on the rotor lades. The particles are broken by a set of oscillating bars arranged in cylindrical form over a screen of suitable mesh. Due to the sharp edges on rotor, the downsizing of particle takes place and through sieve material gets pushed outward from the bottom opening.

Fluid Bed Processor

IPSONS sources various Lab and commercial scale Fluid bed processor.Bottom Spray -The Bottom Spray- method makes it possible to gain excellent results in pellet as well as Powder / Particle Coating.
The combination of Spray Nozzle positioned directly in the product bed & controlled product motion- Co current motion is made possible by inner partitions finally results in extremely quick coating /drying process.
High shear Agglomeration by means of either top or bottom driven mixing blades in a close container is a well known processing option in pharma Industry. Agglomeration in the Fluid bed system is a modern & sophisticated method of creating granules from different powders by using liquid as a binder media.
The liquid to be sprayed can be either aqueous-water / Organic solvents or a binder dissolved solution. The moist granulates are dried & if required cooled. This ultimately results in relatively low mechanical forces in the fluid bed so incredibly soluble granules in water. The granule properties can be controlled over wide range by setting different parameters like Bulk density, Porosity, Size.

The built-in castors provide added mobility to be moved from one line to another.
