To complement the existing product range, Involute introduced its range of Slewing Rings in 2005. The product has been designed in-house and is manufactured on a Vertical Turning Lathe CNC. The bearing consists of 2 seat rings along with one row four-point contact ball taking care of axial & radial forces simultaneously.

Slewing Rings could be effectively used for slewing conveyors, welding arm and positioners, light and medium duty cranes, excavators, shovel and digging excavators, wind power generation, logging industry machines, machine tools and special equipments such as radar antennas, packaging machinery, rescue vehicles, tunnel machinery, drilling equipments, cleaning and bottling machines etc.

Worm drive slewing ring is a compact unit, which consists of a slewing ring worm gear, worm drive and housing.

The worm drive slewing rings provide an economical and compact solution with low maintenance costs.

The unit offers high output torque with radial and axial load carrying capacity suitable for slow rotation with continuous or cyclical movements.

We offer these drive units in4 sizeswith torque ratings of1, 500 to 15, 000 Nm.

Applications:Truck cranes, oil tool equipment, fixture tables, marine cranes, tire handlers, solar photovoltaic panel rotation etc.

Involute offers a range of Classical and HTD High Torque synchronous drives. The Timing pulleys are available with in pilot bore, finished bore with a keyway or with taper bores suitable for taper-lock bush.

The materials used for manufacture are steel, cast iron or aluminum.

Directional Force Geared Exciter is a heavy-duty gearbox used to create linear vibrations for bulk material handling with high feed rates.
The gearbox consists of two counter-rotating shafts with two counter weights each, which create ample resultant centrifugal force to produce linear motion for vibrating screens, feeders etc.
The gearbox is available in 4 standard sizes. We can design and manufacture the gearbox as per customer specifications and application needs with input speed ranging from 750 – 1500 rpm and dynamic moments from 500 kg cm – 1, 700 kg cm.

 

We are offering parallel shaft helical reducer.Helical gearboxes come with parallel shaft helical hardened ground gears. These gearboxes are offered in foot-mounted configuration in a compact cast iron housing. The gearboxes are offered single, double, triple or quadruple reduction with torque ratings of up to 50, 000 nm. Inputoutput: splined or keyed solid shafts splined or keyed hollow shafts or keyless hollow shafts accessories available: taper clamps for keyless output, shrink discs, oil pumps, thermometers, backstops etc.
