Involutes Shaft Mounted Speed Reducers (SMSR) are manufactured as per international quality standards which offer speed reduction by directly mounting onto the drive shaft. Shaft mounted speed reducers offer easy installation and removal.

The gear units offer case carburized gear teeth with optimal gear geometry, allowing maximum loading and highest efficiency torque output, for higher rating capacity in the most compact design and casing.

The gearboxes are offered with keyed output hubs or with key less taper clamps. It is a quick release taper bushing and easier to install and remove that any comparable bushing system. The bushing comprises of a taper sleeve and threaded collar, which ensures greater gripping power.

These gearboxes being a standard product, offer low cost maintenance and repair.

Reduction Gear Units are worm type units with modular construction. The units comprise of hardened ground worms with centrifugally cast bronze gears.

The Heli Worm Gear Boxes/Reduction Gear Units are worm type units with modular construction. The units comprise of hardened ground worms with centrifugally cast bronze gears.

The Worm Gear Boxes/Reduction Gear Units when combined with an additional Helical Gear Unit can give particularly low output speeds. The helical gears are hardened and ground to close tolerances.

We provide an exclusive array of efficient Worm Gears in compliance with international quality standards which are used for transmitting power between two non-parallel, non-intersecting shafts by decreasing the speed. The worm gears designed so scientifically that when gear spins, the friction between the gear and the worm keeps the worm at its respective place.

The worm gears are hobbed with multi-start hobs to ensure a high load carrying capacity available as Hardened and Ground worm drives. It is useful for conveyor systems, speed reduction in most engineering applications.

The shaft mounted bevel speed reducer is a compact speed reducer which offers right-angled input output combination thereby eliminating the need of a pulley.

It is a two stage helical bevel speed reducer with hardened and ground helical gears and spiral bevel gears of suitable steel alloys. The speed reducer is currently manufactured in4 sizesi.e.D, F, G & J

Worm & Worm Gears are manufactured as a set and each set is inspected for tooth contact and smooth operation with the gears on the exact center distance, and with correct end position of worm and side position of gear. The worm gears are hobbed with multi-start hobs to ensure a high load carrying capacity available as hardened and ground worm drives. The gears are manufactured on international quality gear grinding machines to provide noise free and long term operation by delivering gears with correct profiles and tolerances. The gears are tested on state-of-the-art testing machines for lead and involutes profile. The capacity of hardened ground gears range from viz.

Chain Sprockets are offered in the soft or hardened condition. The teeth are hobbed, bores and keyways are maintained to close tolerances to ensure low PCD runouts. Special profile sprockets are offered for conveyor chain applications. Materials used are steel or stainless steel.
