Investa Pumps produces ANSI B 73.1M Standard in a large range of Metallic Pumps, casting in various Materials of Construction to provide solutions to any Chemical process applications.

Investa Pumps is a leading manufacturer of Centrifugal Chemical Process Pumps in specialized Fluoropolymers (PVDFPolyVinylidene Di Fluoride) for handling various corrosive liquids. The company has been serving nearly 80% of the Indian Steel industry and chemical industries since last two decades. PVDF offers the specific advantages of easy processing in accordance with all the conventional methods used in plastic industry. PVDF offers a high degree of crystallinity to the other process which results in superior thermo-mechanical properties.
The thick walls casing liner and back plate is of Poly Vinyli Dene fluoride [PVDF] Casing liner is covered in a standard shell of cast iron. Casing Liner and Back Plate are solid injection molded in our factory at Valsad. The impeller provided is semi-open type. A large metal insert in the PVDF impeller greatly increases its mechanical strength and provided long life of service. Bearing Pedestal includes a rigid shaft of high strength Stainless Steel EN-8/ EN-19/EN-24/EN-41 and a double row ball bearing with extremely high load capacity. Envelope gasket provided is of Poly Tetra Fluoro Ethylene [PTFE] with EPDM rubber insert to ensure maximum sealing.
Due to the large cast iron armor over the liner and large metal impeller core, the PVDF used in Fluorolined Pumps can be stressed to a relatively high extent without becoming mechanically over loaded. The Back Pull Out design offer easy maintenance. The pumps and base frames are externally protected from corrosion by a layer of Epoxy paint.
The pumps are manufactured in 20 models with maximum interchangeability. The pumps are suitable for flow rate up to 400 m3/hr with head being 100 mts of liquid column.

Shaft sealing is eliminated and specialized CFT bush bearing at bottom end of shaft is provided to minimize shaft deflection. All hardware are made of Polypropylene with a metal insert.

The pumps are available in five standard vertical lengths: 0.5mts, 1.0mts, 1.5mts, 2.0mts and 2.5mts. The pump is designed upto 1.5mts submerge depth having a single column pipe and from 2mts to 2.5mts submerge depth the pump is designed with a double column pipe. The submersible depth is measured from pump support plate. The maximum head offered is 30mts with the maximum flow being 30m3/hr.
