Intrans make Outdoor metering cubilcle consists of two Current Transformers and One Potential Transformers along with Test Terminal block and Fuses enclosed in a powder coated Galvanised Iron Enclosure confirming to IP54 Standards.

Intrans make outdoor load break switch panels comprise of a HV 12 kV Load break switch panel with CTPT and Test Terminal Block and HT Fuses completely enclosed in a Powder coated Galvanised Iron enclosure confirming to IP 54 Class protection. Even under adverse weather conditions the Galvanised Iron enclosure ensures a long life for the Load break switch.

Intrans manufactures VCBs as standalone type or in multi panel arrangement with future extension provision. The panel contains a draw out type circuit breaker with automatic shelters to ensure isolation from live areas. The panels are manufactured from high quality steel which is powder coated after a seven tank cleaning process to ensure long life. Safety interlocks are provided to prevent accidents.

INTRANS make Oil Test Set is used for testing dielectric strength (BDV) of transformer oil. The electrode assembly and other electrical design features are as per the requirement of IS 335IS 6792. The unit consist of a centre tap type high voltage cast resin type transformer which feeds the voltage to the liquid dielectric through the system of electrodes. To energise the high voltage transformer the inductive potentiometer is used in order to increase the voltage from low values to highest available values. The synchronous motor drives this transformer or can be decoupled. With this arrangement the unit can be motorised or manual operated. In between the primary of the HV Transformer and energizing networks a contactor and a protective circuit is incorporated as protective and controlling devices. The circuit has fast acting tripping characteristics which gives an ideal protective curve. The contactor acts as main switch and also interconnects safety devices such as door switches, control switches and other allied controls desired by customer. The output voltage is measured by square front dial instrument. The marking on the dial are Kilovolts indicating the true applied voltage. The circuit is so arranged to have memory effect to breakdown voltage which facilitates the effective operation.

Load break switch panel is used to Switch ONOFF the 11KV supply to the consumer. The panel is installed in indoor. This is installed in between the incoming Board supply and distribution transformer provided at the customers premises. Load Break Switch Panels are available with and without metering facilities.
