MAK Cane Crushing Oil NB 40 has been developed for protection of the roll bearings and open gears of cane crushing mill. They are manufactured from special high viscosity lubricating oil base stocks and selected non-toxic mild extreme pressure additive. No bituminous compound is used in the formulation making it easier to dispose after use. It can lubricate adequately under conditions of low speed, high operating pressures and shock loading.

WAYLUBE grades have been formulated to impart special frictional characteristics that overcome the stickslip motion, ordinarily associated with slow moving machine parts. They are also fortified with mild extreme pressure and rust preventive properties.
It is a combined hydraulic and machine toolway lubricant possessing adequate lubricity to eliminate stickslip and chatter under moderate load condition and at the same time serves as hydraulic media in noncritical systems.

HYCOM 150 P is blended out of highly refined turbine base stocks and special types of anti-oxidants, anti-rust, antifoam and demulsifier which do not react to any of the types of gases.This oil has good demulsibility property, low deposits and sludge foaming tendency at a wide range of working temperature and in any gaseous atmosphere. MAK Knit Plus 22 is formulated from hydro treated, high viscosity index, water white base stocks. It is fortified with special anti-wear, emulsifier, lubricity and other performance enhancing additives. It offers very good protection to the components of knitting machinery against wear and rust. This oil has good lubricity and oxidation stability and meets the requirements of textile industry in terms of increased speed and operating temperature. MAK Knit Plus 22 significantly reduces deposits on the heavily loaded, sensitive needles and sinkers. This product offers excellent compatibility with the machine elements and reduces the operating temperatures. It is a fully washable type of oil and readily forms emulsion with water. It does not stain cloth and does not form deposits during subsequent processes. MAK Knit Plus 22 is compatible with the seals and paints normally specified for use in textile machineries with mineral oils.
