Gulf Solucut is a general purpose mineral oil based cutting oil designed for moderate to heavy duty machining operations like turning, milling, drilling etc. and also tapping, threading, boring at higher concentration. It offers good emulsion stability even with hard water and contains suitable biocides to avoid unpleasant odor and maintain emulsion stability. The oil is environment friendly in nature, as it is free from nitrite, phenol, nonyl
phenol and heavy metals.

HP TRIMOFIN 23, 25 is Non staining type straight cutting oil treated with EP additives and fortified with oiliness additives. Suitable for use in high speed automatic machine tools. Trimofin 25 contains more potent EP additives.

Balmerol Balmocut CL is a water soluble emulsifiable oil developed for metal cutting operations. Balmerol Balmocut CL easily emulsifies in hard (400ppm max) or soft water with minimum agitation. It has very good emulsion stability and stability to pH, thereby maintaining properties during prolonged usage.

MAK Sherol BN is a superior grade soluble cutting oil blended from highly refined base oil and special additive to provide superior tool life and other benefits. It has excellent emulsion stability with hard water. MAK Sherol BN is developed with a high mineral oil content for a variety of metal cutting operations where cooling is important. This high performance soluble oil is designed specially for general machining like turning, planning, drilling, milling of ferrous metals.

MAK Triponol is a range of transparent neat metal cutting oils with active sulphur suitable for a wide range of applications. They are blended from highly refined, high viscosity index base oils with extreme pressure additive. Lubricity additive ensures reduction in friction at the chiptool interface and provides superior surface finish. These oils are suitable for operations of difficult to machine metals. They tend to stain copper and its alloys.
Grades: MAK Triponol range has the following grades – B, C, D, R, H and HX.
