• AEROCON Panel is a sandwich panel made up of two fibre reinforced cement sheets, facing on either sides of a light concrete core.
• The lightweight concrete core consists of a mixture of Portland cement, binders, siliceous and micaceous material aggregate that is suitably aerated.
• Aerocon Wall Panels are available in a standard width of 600mm and varying thicknesses:50, 75mm Lengths:2400, 2700, 3000mm.

Aerocon panels are a slim and lightweight wall panel consisting of a core of portland cement, binders, silicaceous & micaceous aggregate sandwiched between two fibre reinforced cement sheets.

Aerocon panels are an excellent substitutes for plasterboard, plywood, particleboard and brickwalls because of their sheer strength coupled with fire & moisture-resistance properties and ease of installation.

• Exterior Walls:1.6mm MS specially grooved sheet welded on Roof and Flooring frame. Wall coated with two coats of red oxide from both sides and two coats of synthetic satin finish paint from outside. Color of your choice.

• Interior Walls:Interior Walls insulated with Glass Wool , 50mm thick. Inside paneling of 9mm particle board , Laminate Finish , Color of your choice. Powder coated aluminum section used on all joints of panels. 40mm wooden molding used as skirting of wall and also to hold carpet.

• Partition Walls:All partition walls Frame made out of 50mm x 50mm x 16g sq. pipes 9mm paneling of particle board on both sides of wall, with concealed wiring and concealed switch socket board.

• Exterior Roof:Roof Frame made of 100mm C Channel with 50mm x 50mm x 16g Sq. pipe Grid. Ms.16g Sheet welded on top of the frame to form two sided slope roof.

• Interior Roof:Interior Roof Insulated with Glass Wool of 75mm thickness. Inside Roof Paneling of 9mm Particle Board, Laminate Finish White Color. Powder coated aluminum section used on all joints of panels. 40mm Wooden Moulding fixed on corner joints of wall paneling and roof paneling.

• Frame made of 125mm Channel with 100mm Channel grid of 600mm x 600mm, 18mm Marine plywood fixed on this Grid with 1.3mm vinyl carpet.

• Corrugated Ms sheet door with insulation and interior paneling with standard hardware. All internal partition doors are of 30mm wooden flush door with paint finish.

• Branded Electrical Concealed Wiring (Poly Cab) Switch & Socket point on every 3000mm.
