  A complete design, prototyping to mass prroduction sequence was followed in development of this 4 layer card having all kinds of electronic components including fine pitch TQFPs, Organic LED, smd connecors and power semiconductors. The design was improved by iteraions through concurrent design environment using Allegro PCB editor. The Design for manufacturabilty aspects were considered on basis of inputs received at various work stages from shop floor.

  Custom built electronic micro-assemblies in SIL & DIL package enable the user to have following advantages: 1) Modular design 2) Small size & weight (helps reduces floor space) 3) Protection from adverse ambient conditions(moisture, humidity, temperature) 4) Better performace due to reduction in parasitic inductance & capacitance 5) Higher reliability & secrecy due to encapsualtion & conformal coating

Multilayer PCB assemblies are designed & built as per tailor made requirement of the end use. These can be mounted in standard racks with facia plate. The Circuit diagrams are verifyed by the designer, bill of material list are prepared base on availibility of electronic compents , delivery & there cost. The type of board & it's manufacturing process is selected based on product mix & suitalble production stages required in manufacturing. Process optimization is carried out to match current trends Lean manufaturing. 

Electronics circuits are tested first to meet the functionality and thereafter further efforts are put in selection of write component mix to meet exact packaging needs of the application. Conversion of conventional PCB assemblies to SMT or mixed technology cards has help our customers to design & repack the hardware in given space for better portability. INTERFAB has wide experience in conversion of conventional PCB assemblies into SMT cards.
