"Intech" tablet counting and filling machine adopts advanced vibration and multi-channel feeder, computer control, dynamic scan counting, transfer the bottle automatically, system test automatically. The machine With Stop automatically function and other advanced technology. This machine designed with GMP standard. Compose the light, electric machinery to one set, which is suitable for tablet or capsule counting and filling in pharmaceutical or food business.

This machine is capable to auto load the containers in sequence and fill according to planned program and auto cap the container after sensing the correctness of fill. It is also fitted with auto-unloading system of filled bottles alongwith segregation of incorrect bottles automatically. This machine is equipped with PLC having accurate programming to control the movements of machine at every stage of operation. Sensors are provided in this machine to make it more precise and automated.

The machine also consists of vibrator feeders to convey the bottles, tablets and caps to the machine for further operation at required speed.

Intech Lamp Machinery has pioneered in the manufacturing and supplying of superior quality elevator hopper feeder in India. This unit combines large storage capacity with the ability to feed and orient components/material discharging them well above the shop floor level. Our wide range of elevator hopper feeders are finely developed and finished by the experienced engineers and other professionals catering to requirements of our clients. They have industrial acumen, which enable them to design and develop the products as per the market trends and internationals standards.

These models are available with detachable hoopers, which enables collection of component in the hopper from the earlier operation/machine and avoids transfer of components to the hopper, resulting in reduced manual work and damage to components due to handling. The mobile hoopers are stalk able using forklift truck. Standardizing of mobile hooper in shop floor as handling containers as well as boot of elevator results in overall effectiveness of shop floor handling systems.

Brief Overview : HIGH PRESSURE SODIUM VAPOUR LAMPSis a polycrystalline translucent aluminum oxide discharge tube enclosed in a void or tubular outer glass envelope. The void shell of the SON-LAMPS is internally coated with aluminum oxide powder. The discharge tube contains an amalgam of mercury and sodium along with xenon gas. The outer shell is evacuated and maintains this high degree of vacuum throughout the lamp life. These lamps need a control gear comprising of Ballast, Ignitor and capacitor for optimum performance.

ADVANTAGESThese Lamps are highly energy efficient having long life and low light depreciation. It requires very short run-up time and quick re-strike. It has very high lumen output. MERCURY-VAPOR LAMPis a gas discharge lamp which uses mercury in an excited state to produce light. The arc discharge is generally confined to a small fused quartz arc tube mounted within a larger borosilicate glass bulb. The outer bulb may be clear or coated with a phosphor; in either case, the outer bulb provides thermal insulation, protection from ultraviolet radiation, and a convenient mounting for the fused quartz arc tube.

Mercury vapor lamps (and their relatives) are often used because they are relatively efficient. Phosphor coated bulbs offer better color rendition than either high- or low-pressure sodium vapor lamps. Mercury vapor lamps also offer a very long lifetime, as well as intense lighting for several applications

Third Lead-in-wire Insertion System

Third Lead-in-wire Insertion system for FTL Stem Machine & T8 Anode Ring Mechanism

This equipment has been designed to insert Third Lead-in-wire into the FTL Stems. The Third LIW is used to hold the Anode Ring on the stem. This unit is attached to the Stem Making Machine wherein the wire is feeded from the spool and straightened and cut automatically. Then the cut wire is inserted into the stem during FTL stem making process in the machine.

The Anode Ring is used in fluorescent lamps to prevent end blackening and hide stroboscopic flicker. The effects of anode ring has impact on electrical characteristics ie the lamp wattage is lowered than compared to lamps without anode rings.

This mechanism is used to spot weld the anode strip on the Third Lead-in-wire (LIW) and form a ring automatically. This mechanism detects the presence of 3rd LIW on the stem by sensors and then draws in the strip for spot welding and ring forming process.

We have successfully implemented this equipment in several FTL Stem Machines in India and Iran.

FTL Crimping & Ageing Machine

This machine has used for FTL 2 feet and 4 feet Lamps (T8, T10, T12 ) for process of crimping the LIWs to the cap pins and the lamps are lighted up by high voltage tester for ageing process.

Brief features:
  • The machine is of robust construction having tube transferring chain and holders
  • The process of operation starts from loading of FTL Tubes after capping process onto the holders and conveyed to the positions
  • Wire cutting is carried out prior to crimping operation
  • Crimping process is done on the LIWs on both ends automatically

FTL Tube Notching Machine

FTL Tube Notching Machine with PLC Controls

This machine is used to create a notch in the exhaust tubes which is used in making Fluorescent Tube Lamps . The Notch is made for holding the Mercury Pill in the Exhaust Tube until the next process of vaporizing the mercury into the arc tube. The vapourizing of mercury helps the arc to easily pass through which creates UV Light. This UV Light emitted strikes through the phosphors inside the glass tube which converts the light into useful visible light.

This machine shapes out a uniform notch in the exhaust tubes which will be automatically conveyed using Indexing Mechanism. The Exhaust tube is pre-heated using electrical heaters and after forming of notch it is conveyed to annealer for gradual cooling process. The Notched Exhaust Tubes are unloaded automatically.

The machine is simple to operate and can be used as cost saving measure and manhandling issues concerned with glass tubings.
