Expanded PTFE sheet is made from biaxial oriented expanded PTFE sheeting that is laminated to the required thickness. Seals of up to 3000+psi can be achieved depending on the flange type & design and type of media being sealed.Chemically resistant over the Q-14 pH range.

PTFE moulded sheet is manufactured by moulding method with PTFE granular resin. PTFE is the most chemical resistant of all known plastics. It does not age.It has the lowest coefficient of friction of all known solid materials and a wide range of practicable temperature from -180C to + 260C.

Turcite is PTFE impregnated with fillers and additives that serve to enhance the wear properties of the material. It is used, most often in a sheet form, in thicknesses ranging from 0.5mm (0.02) to 4mm (0.16), although in some applications, it is also used as a bush and in more rare applications it is used as a thick plate.
