FTX1HM is a temperature transmitter housed in a heavy-duty enclosure certified flameproof for gas groups I, IIA & IIB with IP65 rating - completely dust proof and a good level of protection against water. FTX1HM is a head-mounted “all-in-one” 2-wire temperature transmitter. Its high reliability industrial design offers some rare functions, e.g. 420 mA or 204 mA selection. The flat design gives easy access to terminals and adjustments and a large central hole lets the lead wires or an insert tube pass easily. FTX1HM accepts input from Pt100 RTD sensors through a 3-wire connection and can be designed on request for other inputs such as Pt50, Pt200, Pt500 and Pt1000. Relieved of a display, this transmitter is a cost-effective option. 1 LED on the top of the unit indicates it is operating. It is accurate to 0.1% of span. FTX1HM is adjustable for 8 overlapping ranges in °C or °F and gives a temperature linear output. All selections are made by solder jumpers and it is calibrated via ‘Fine’ ZERO/SPAN potentiometers. The transmitter is powered by a 6.2 - 32 V DC loop supply. This product features Radix's proprietary sensor-break indication technology.
When it comes to creating gas analyzers that can serve as field instruments, gas transmitters are the logical next step. However, compared to the former, a gas transmitter requires barely any additional technical aids to perform the measurement task. In many cases, there is no need for costly sampling and gas conditioning either.
SCC503 is a 2-wire differential pressure transmitter housed in an IP65 enclosure made of ABS plastic. It may be wall, surface or duct-mounted. By deploying pressure tubes into two different areas, SCC503 measures, displays and transmits the difference in pressure between those areas. This transmitter is widely used in pharmaceutical facilities that must maintain a pressure gradient to prevent cross-contamination of the various materials within its rooms. SCC503 is easily configured via a dipswitch or PC to indicate differential pressure in a wide range of units - Pa (pascals), mmWC, mbar, inWG, inHg, PSI, mmHg. SCC503’s microcontroller technology linearizes the input which makes control more effective. If programmed by a computer, you will require a PC configurator, PCC82 by Radix. A push button on the unit allows easy auto-zero adjustment.
