The Series GFM2 Gas Mass Flow Meter is an ideal choice for the measurement of flow rates of a wide variety of gases. GFM2 utilizes a straight tube sensor with a restrictor flow element to provide a high ±1% FS accuracy and ±0.25% FS repeatability.

One of our most popular differential pressure switches is now available with a DPDT switch and manual reset. The 1831 combines small size with 4% set point repeatability. Absolutely no power is required to operate the DPDT switch. Set point adjustment on the switch is easily accessible for modifying the set point. The Series 1831 DPDT Low Differential Pressure Switches with Manual Reset eliminate common problems associated with typical high duct static cutout installations. Since the 1831 requires absolutely no power to drive its outputs, a separate power loop and its associated additional wiring and conduit is alleviated, reducing material and labor installation costs. Both control contacts of the Series 1831 activate at the same time. The Series 1831's specifications and features make it the superior choice for high duct static cutout applications.

The Series RPS201 Rotating paddle level switch is manufactured to detect high / low levels of free-flowing dry solid material, such as fine coarse, powders and granules. It is mounted through the wall of a vessel such that the paddle remains above the surface inside the vessel.
A small electric motor drives a paddle that rotates freely in the absence of material, but is impeded when material is present. When the rotating paddle is obstructed due to the texture of powder material, a micro-switch output activates to signal an alarm.

FTX1HM is a temperature transmitter housed in a heavy-duty enclosure certified flameproof for gas groups I, IIA & IIB with IP65 rating - completely dust proof and a good level of protection against water. FTX1HM is a head-mounted “all-in-one” 2-wire temperature transmitter. Its high reliability industrial design offers some rare functions, e.g. 420 mA or 204 mA selection. The flat design gives easy access to terminals and adjustments and a large central hole lets the lead wires or an insert tube pass easily. FTX1HM accepts input from Pt100 RTD sensors through a 3-wire connection and can be designed on request for other inputs such as Pt50, Pt200, Pt500 and Pt1000. Relieved of a display, this transmitter is a cost-effective option. 1 LED on the top of the unit indicates it is operating. It is accurate to 0.1% of span. FTX1HM is adjustable for 8 overlapping ranges in °C or °F and gives a temperature linear output. All selections are made by solder jumpers and it is calibrated via ‘Fine’ ZERO/SPAN potentiometers. The transmitter is powered by a 6.2 - 32 V DC loop supply. This product features Radix's proprietary sensor-break indication technology.

Dry gas seals in process gas centrifugal compressors have replaced traditional oil film seals in most applications including centrifugal gas compressors. Dry gas seals are basically mechanical face seals, consisting of a mating (rotating) ring and a primary (stationary) ring.

During operation, grooves in the mating ring generate a fluid-dynamic force causing the primary ring to separate from the mating ring creating a running gap between the two rings. A sealing gas is injected into the seal, providing the working fluid for the running gap and the seal between the atmosphere or flare system and the compressor internal process gas.
