Looking into the general need of various industries INSTRUMENTS UNIVERSAL has developed AUOMATIC INTERVAL SAMPLER an import substitute for reliable and accurate sampling of effluents. Automatic Interval Samplers are design to sample the effluent of required volume at required interval.
We are introducing our selves as manufacture of various types of timers and controllers along with specialised laboratory and custom oriented equipment since last 22 years. Since 1980 we are manufacturing various model of Automatic Interval Sampler. Automatic Interval Samplers are designed to sample the effluent & product of required volume at required interval. This is the cost effective basic equipment required for composite sampling. We have supplied more then 100 units of s our widely accepted model IU 801 HP. One more advantage of this instruments when inlet pressure varies according to sample volume varies. Hence it nearly called flow proportional sampling systems related to volume. More pressuremore flow more sample volume. Lower the pressures lower the flow lower sample volume.
The unit consists of hybrid electronics timer controller, reliable power supply and drive circuitry with a special Stainless Steel Solenoid Valve housed in a sturdy industrial weather proof powder coated cabinet. Stainless Steel Solenoid Valve which has high resistance to almost effluent.
Small step in a sample 1 to 12 second gives a wide selection of sample volume and cycle time decides next sample period. We have provided special filters for choking problem and flushing systems to clean the filter.
The sampler has alternative application to monitor incoming or re-circulate water quality, to take small samples from open vessel, chemical dosing or handling small quantity of hazardous or toxic chemicals in laboratories. As the wetted part is only a Stainless Steel Solenoid Valve can be used to handle liquid / effluent without any contamination. Unit carries a guarantee for a specified period. Pump is design for self-priming from the full depth specified and is manufactured with out seals, gears and valves to minimize maintenance. Maintenance is nearly nil except changing peristaltic tube, a small piece of flexible rubber tube, which can be changed within a minute even by an unskilled labor when, required. Motor and pump are low speed with pre lubricated ZZ type bearings for long life. Pump can run dry for hours without any risk to the equipment. Pump is fabricated from polypropylene, which has very high resistance to almost all chemicals.
Small step in a sample time gives a wide selection of sample volume and cycle time decides next sample period. Automatic purging is very essential facility which ensures totally fresh sample every time and avoid collection of dead sample trapped in suction tube. This also helps in flushing of suction tube after every sample to avoid to choking problem of suction tube.

Principle of Electrolytic Polishing & EtchingElectrolytic polishing produces a highly polished distortion free surface that is ideal for microscopic examination. The main advantage is that there are no deformation layers to observe the microstructure-view as no abrasives are used. When an electrolyte is flown between anode (a metal to be polished) and cathode, the micro protruding metal will dissolve to get uniform polished surface at particular current. The flow of electrolyte ensures the removal of metal products accumulated due to dissolution. The quantity of polishing also depends on lamella flow, which removes uniform metal. Etching generally occurs at the lower current than polishing, when only grain boundary is attacked preferentially. INSIPOL-2000 is designed to get single stage polishing/etching on variety of metals. Single-phase alloy/metals are easy to polish with electrolytic polishing where as multiphase alloys/metals it poses certain difficulties.

A special highly sophisticated micro controller card and associated Bluetooth programming software and GPRS web based Monitoring and control software gives excellent programming flexibility for timing, volume of sample, samples per bottle, no of bottles ( 1 to 24) , sampling cycle time span, uniform, non-uniform and flow proportional (optionally) mode sampling with error code display for invalid parameter entry. The unit can be used for discrete as well as composite application with appropriate parameter settings. The unit consists of standard 4 key keyboard for programming parameters and 4x20 LCD Display. The Real Time Clock along with 10 years battery back up will avoid frequent reprogramming of time even if power fails for long time. Sample is collected in individual bottle.
