We at Infinity Automated Solutions offers excellent automated solutions for secondary packaging for various industries viz, Spices, Tea, Biscuits, Food Products, Namkeens, Seed, , pharmaceutical, Dairy Products, Daily Need Products, etc. This secondary packaging machine of the secondary packaging can take the output from two primary VFFS machines at the speed of 200 pouches /min. automatically with the help of collating, pick and place and flow wrap system. The secondary packaging automation is made of a conveyor at the output of the VFFS machine and an intermediate conveyor to align the speed of the pouches. Further, it also consists of a matrix conveyor to produce matrixes and feeding the same to horizontal flow wraps. A pick and place device is used to pick the pouches to form a matrix. The maximum input speed is 100 packs/minute from VFFS and the output speed is 8-12 secondary packs per minute.

This Flow Wrap machine work on the principle of obtaining a single output through two different stacks. It comprises of high speed conveyor, pouch in and pouch out facility, secondary packaging etc. We could achieve formatting of stacks, uniform flatness, strip type, and single type stacks as well. These machines are used for applications such as spices, food, powder and many more.
