The unit is Laboratory type, with a double walled construction. The Inner Chamber is made of Stainless Steel (SS-304) . The outer chamber is made of CRCA, with powder coated finish in two tone color (Stainless Steel Buffed finished outer chamber can also be provided on request). Glass wool insulation of 65mm is present in between the walls to avoid heat dissipation. The Control panel is located at the top of oven. A Flush door fitting coupled with virgin silicon square rubber gasket of 15mm & special lock and handle arrangement for locking the door is provided for perfect sealing of chamber. The Tray is made of SS mesh, Crimped and of size 84 x12G wire thickness with stainless steel Border. The spacing between the shelves is 4".

Electric Conveyor Oven
It is an electrically heated conveyor oven consisting of various heating zones where in, variable same temperature can be provided in different zones along the path of the belt.Control panels can be provided on each zone or a common control panel can be provided. Air circulation for uniform temperature is provided by fans blowers in each zone. The jobs are placed on the belt on loading side of the oven & unloaded from the other side. Adjustable shutters are provided on loading and unloading side to prevent heat losses.
