-Avoids dangers & hazardous situations in clamping due to unsuitable support spacers.
-Simple movement gives required parallelism & clamping height.
-We can get required height by stacking the blocks also if required height is more than maximum block size.
-Special rivet head is provided for the location of blocks on one another.

We recommend forged flange studs on platen type machines to prevent platen thread damage over allen bolts. studs are fully engaged to platen first to the designed length and then subjected to clamping load. Hence any damages to platen threads are avoided. Which is not the case with allen bolts. Further allen bolt length engagement varies with mould height, hence it can be hazardous to the safety as well as to platen threads if the engagement is less than desired.

-Work piece resting surface is maintained within +/-0.01 mm
-Quick clamping for High Productivity.
-Since work piece is lifted from machine base, full depth operations such as pocketing, drilling , slotting are easily possible without damaging machine table.
-Can be used on fixtures, milling machines CNC milling etc.
