When the fish is gutted and cut, the guts are sucked out with the help of vacuum. This way problems involving knife sharpening as a result of stones that fish have swallowed are eliminated.
FILETMASTERcan produce both single and butterfly fillets after minor adjustments.
To optimize yield, HEADMASTERremoves the head of each fish with a U cut. The cut is made around the collarbone up tothe neck.
The ergonomics for the two operators has been in focus during the design phase. Thehandling of the fish takes place within the operators' reach and they do not have to reach far away when they have to place them into the bowls of HEADMASTER. This ensures good ergonomics for the operators and allows for high capacity when processing fish.
Good hygiene is an integral part of producing foodstuff and given the fact that the raw material is often transported over large distances before being processed, washing is often necessary.
WASHMASTERcan be used for initial washing, rinsing during production or final washing before packaging.
WASHMASTER is available as a 2-chamber system so that it is possible to reuse some of the water while there is still fresh water in the second chamber.

TheScalemastermachine is mounted on a solid frame with spring suspension so that it adjusts to the size of the fish.
The descaling is done by rotating brushes that are driven by hydraulic motors and the speed of the machine can be adjusted by pressing the control panel on the front.
The descaling process works better without water but taking the cleaning of the brushes into consideration, a limited amount of water may be used. The water consumption of the machine can be adjusted to suit the operators requirements.
During the descaling process the fish is held in place by strong ties holding the fish in place is important to achieve a good descaling. The tightening of the ties is done pneumatically and the tightening process can be adjusted smoothly. The ties can be removed in a minute for easier cleaning of both the ties and the machine.
Scales and water run down and out of the machine, making it easy to collect and filter the scales from the water. The collection of the scales is done in a filter system that can be easily emptied and cleaned.

Battering Machinecoats the batter on chicken, pork, fish, shrimp and other seafood through four batter curtains and the batter bath on the bottom. Batter delivery pump can feed batter of high viscosity without cutting. It has a reliable safety protection device. Connection with the forming machine, crumb feeder and frying machine enables continuous production. The machine is fully made of stainless steel.
Flouring Machineevenly coats a layer of mixed flours uniformly all over the product on the conveyor belt. Connection with the coater and crumb feeder may form product lines for different products for the sake of various processes such as flour-batter-flour, batter-flour and batter-flour-flour. Forced fan and vibrator remove excessive flour. Removable design facilitates cleaning of whole machine and meets HACCP standards.
Breading Machinecoats the breadcrumb into chicken, pork, fish, shrimp and other seafood. Its suitable for both small-size crumb and big-size crumb. It is equipped with frequency inverter, safety protection device and SIEMENS electric parts. The whole machine is made of stainless steel and meets HACCP standards.

Walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer are standard modular cold room chamber to cool or freeze food, beverage, meat, fruit, vegetable, pharmaceutical material, chemical or other goods stored inside.
Different standard dimension of cold-room length, width, height for the walk-in fridge of walk-in refrigerator, chiller & freezer are available.

The Ice Making & Harvesting section of the plant consists of the Brine Tank, an electrically operated Lifting Device (Crane) running on rails along the sides of the tank, a Thawing Tank, a Tilting Device with an inclined Wooden Table to receive the ice blocks as they slide out of the cans and a Filler. Standard Rectangular 25, 50 & 150 kg Ice Cans fit in the brine tank which is covered with solid Wooden Lids as shown on the picture.

IRPL manufactures Water Cooled Screw Chillers incorporating reliable screw compressors from Bitzer (Germany) and Frascold (Italy). These chillers are fully Microprocessor based suitable for process cooling applications from (+) 20C up to (-) 40C. For lower temperatures of up to (-) 50C look into Brine Chillers. These screw chillers are offered with up to 2 Nos. screw compressors in one machine but having separate and individual refrigeration circuits. These chillers are world class, manufactured in an ISO 9001, certified factory with an option of using CFC free refrigerants R-407C & R-134a complete with in-built Process pump and stainless steel chilled water expansion tank. These chillers are also rated for an ambient of up to (+) 50C and cooling tower water temperature up to (+) 37C at the inlet of the condenser. In theory the casting process is just like photography. An image is reproduced through the use of negatives and prints but in casting negatives are molds and our prints are castings.
In lost wax bronze casting the flip-flopping of the image, from negative to positive is repeated twice, first with the production of a rubber mold and a wax casting and again with the making of a ceramic mold and a bronze casting.
We start with a three dimensional sculptural image which can be sculpted in almost any material (clay, plaster, wood, stone, wax, etc.) as long as the original artwork is robust enough to withstand molding in rubber. With a suitable original in hand we are ready to start making our first negative the rubber mold.
