We have a special process by which we can maintain the vee radius under very strict control. These jewels go through a special polishing process. These bearings are made in different sizes as per customer’s requirement with and without spring as per customers request. The screws are made on Swiss screw machines to deliver highest level of accuracy and quality consistently. All the components are thoroughly cleaned before assembly and are assembled in absolutely dust free room. All the jewels and assemblies are visually inspected under a microscope before dispatch. |

A well-controlled process ensures proper edges for inflow of material, followed by a precisely centered and polished hole to ensure proper flow of water or air. A high degree of accuracy and precision is required in the manufacturing of these parts as they work under extreme pressure.
These parts are manufactured as per customers design and specifications. New entrants in this field can be helped by our engineering department to design nozzles to work under different pressure.

The process of hot polishing alters the surface characteristic of the material and gives the highest possible level of polish to the Sapphire/Ruby jewel, causing minimum friction during the working of the bearing. All the metal components and jewels are cleaned and inspected before assembling and are assembled in absolutely dust free assembly area.Steel or Tungsten Carbide balls are used depending upon customer requirements. All the jewels and balls are inspected 100% visually before assembly. |
