Our Products
Design is based upon the standard external series but with increased thickness and increased section depth. Heavy duty Circlips are used to withstand shock loads and also to resist conical deformation where, for example, large abutment radii are present.
The most common form of radially fitted circlips for shafts with grooves. Provide a large shoulder on a relatively small shaft diameter. This range can be supplied stacked on rods for use with applicators and dispensers for rapid installation, thus resulting in sharply reduced assembly costs.
Standard Internal Circlips: To DIN 472 MetricStandard Internal Circlips: N1300 American Specification
The most common form of axially fitted circlips for bores with grooves.
The circlip has a large free diameter and gap width, consequently it fits more tightly into the groove and provides higher and more uniform thrust load capacity. Lugs with holes are provided for rapid fitting or removal with circlip pliers.
Standard material: Carbon Spring Steel - Standard Finish: Phosphate and Oil.
