Produce Liquid Nitrogen directly from the air using advanced PSA or Membrane technology. Powered by GM Cycle Cryocooler or acoustic Stirling (pulse tube) cryocooler. 100W @80K required for production of 1litre/hr 99% or better purity at nominal operating conditions. The pressure in the storage vessel can be set from 0.3 to 3 bar (g), increasing the liquid nitrogen production to a maximum of 30% at a purity of 98% or better. CF Components: CF (ConFlat) flanges is a result of a unique seal design and geometry which uses OFHC copper gasket as sealing material. The CF (ConFlat) flange is the most widely used for high vacuum and UHV applications. They are available in both rotatable and fixed geometries with clearance or threaded bolt holes, and for standard tube sizes from DN 16CF to DN 350CF. Membrane Gas generators We do supply Membrane type Nitrogen, Oxygen and Hydrogen generators for compact and lab scale application. SF6 gas filling station, compact Unit Filling, recovery, and purification of SF6 gas from tanks, ideally suited up to 69 kV (25 kg SF6 gas) or for the laboratories having high voltage Electron gun set ups. This provides highest gas recovery in this type of units (up to 98%). This unit provides complete array of filling and evacuation services for SF6 equipment. This cart is ideally suited for servicing small volume SF6 equipment and consolidating partially used SF6 bottles. The flow rate is around 100mg/min. On-board vacuum pump evacuates equipment to less than 1.3 mbar / 1 Torr and features a special valve preventing gas path reversal. Also additional storage capacity can be provided with unit.
