We are Manufacturer and Supplier of this product. Separator is a vessel which is used to separate mixture of liquid having different density. Liquid having high density settles down at the bottom and liquid having low density remains above the lower one which results in layers separation.
Grating:- gratings are manufactured using primary load bearing bars & secondary cross bars. Primary load bearing bars are mainly mild steel flats ( is 2062 ) of size 40 x 6 mm thk, 30x 5 mm thk, 25 x 6 mm thk and 25 x 3 mm thk flat. primary load bearing bars are decided by client based on the factors like load requirements, place of utilization, economy, serration or notching are carried out on primary members based on the requirements. Secondary cross bars used are 12 mm dia rod, 10 mm dia rod, 8 mm twisted bars, 12 x 6 mm thk flat, 12 x 3 mm thk flat, spacing between primary members and secondary members are based on the clients requirement and weight of the gratings.
