Our Products
It is a broad-spectrum systemic fungicide with protective and curative action. It is taken and translocated within the plant as a result of which the latter become fungitoxic. When applied to the roots, the active ingredient passes Inter cellularly into the xylem vessels & it is swept along by the sap stream towards the foliage. When applied to the foliage the fungicide gets into the xylem and spreads to the distal parts of the leaf but not in the opposite direction towards the roots. It mainly acts by inhibiting development of germ tubes, the formation of appressoria and the growth of mycelia.
Special Features
Application
It is used in various ways such as seed treatment, soil drench, soil mixture and foliar sprays. It is advisable to use Carbendazim in alternate with contact fungicides or as tank mix application with contact fungicides like Indofil M-45, to manage resistance. For seed/ rhizome/ tuber treatment, dip the seed material at least for 15 minutes. For post harvest dipping, dip for 10 minutes.
It is compatible with commonly used pesticides. It is not compatible with lime sulphur and Bordeaux mixture or alkaline solutions.
No Phytotoxicity observed if used as recommended.

Mode of Action
Mancozeb is a protective fungicide which reacts with, and inactivates sulfhydryl (SH) groups of aminoacids and enzymes of fungal cells, resulting in disruption of lipid metabolism, respiration and production of ATP.
Special Features
Application
For better disease management, it is always advisable to remember the maxim PREVENTION IS ALWAYS BETTER THAN CURE.Generally the sprays of Indofil M-45 should start before the appearance of disease or at disease initiation. Repeat the applications at 7-12 days interval depending on climatic conditions and disease severity. The general recommendations on various crops are given below, but it is advisable to use the product as per the local recommendations of agricultural institutes. Recommended rate for foliar spray is 600-800 grams per acre with water volume of 200 to 400 liter/acre based upon crop type, canopy and stage. For seed treatment, general recommendation is 2.5 g/kg seed. Tubers or rhizomes are recommended to be dipped for minimum 20-30 minutes before sowing @300g per 100 liter. It is advised that the user must read the label and leaflet attached to the container for details.
Compatibility
It is compatible with commonly used pesticides. It is not compatible with lime sulphur and Bordeaux mixture or alkaline solutions.
Phytotoxicity
Mode of Action
It is a broad-spectrum fungicide with protective action. The product is fungitoxic when exposed to air. It is converted to an isothiocyanate, which inactivates the sulphahydral (SH) groups in enzymes of fungi. Some times the metals are exchanged between Zineb and enzymes of fungi, thus causing disturbance in fungal enzyme functioning.

Mode of Action
It is a specialty systemic fungicide. The product is rapidly absorbed by rice plant and translocated towards leaf tips. It is a protectant fungicide that prevents the fungus from penetrating the plant. Inhibition occurs when the fungus attempts to penetrate and establish an infection site inside the plant. In rice blast, the melanin pigment is needed for the hardening of the appressorium and inhibition of the pigment formation in appressorium makes it unable to mechanically penetrate the host plant.
Special Features
Application
It should be applied as preventive spray starting from Nursery till grain filling. Application of Baan in nursery is subject to appearance of blast symptoms. After transplanting, first application against leaf blast should commence at tillering stage & second at 5% panicle emergence stage for effective control of blast disease.

It is rapidly absorbed by the plants and translocated towards leaf tips. Mode of Action
It is a broad-spectrum contact fungicide with protective action. Copper because of its strong bonding affinity to amino acids and carboxyl groups, reacts with protein and acts as an enzyme inhibitor in target organisms. Copper kills spores by combining with sulphahydral groups of certain enzymes. Spores actively accumulate copper and thus germination of spores is inhibited, even at lower concentrations.
