APPLICATION :Diluted or concentrated acids, alkalies, liquid ammonia, nitrogen, hydraulic oil, steam, air, water. Suitable for high pressure and high temperature application.

CONSTRUCTION:Inner corrugation out of SS 321 and outer wire braiding out of SS 304.

WORKING PRESSURE :Working pressure given are for fluid temperatures up to 200C.brust pressure are Generally four times working pressures.

TESTING :All hose assemblies are hydraulically tested before dispatch test and material certificates will be supplied when specifically requested.

TEST PRESSURES :The maximum test pressures shown on the above chart must not be exceeded or distortion can occur to the convoluted form of the hose provided this measureis not exceeded, hoses are subject to a test one and a half times the customers stated working pressure.

MINIMUM BEND RADII :Dimensions given are for flexing applications. For static conditions two-thirds of this dimension should be used.

FITTINGS :A full range of flanger screwed connectors, tube ends and almost any special fitting can be welded to this hose by argon arc process.

TEMPERATURE RANGE :-196 C to +800 C

Application :High pressure heavy duty hydraulic oils, air and water.

Construction :Tube : seamless synthetic rubber,

Reinforcement: 3 high tensile steel wire braids,

Cover : Synthetic rubber heat, oil and abrasion resistant.

Temperature Range:-40 to + 125 c

APPLICATION :-Type I and Type IIHose are recommended for use with compressors, irrigation dams, road construction sites, mines and various industrial applications.

Type III :Recommended for rock drilling mines, crusher zones tunnels road constructions, and for service under rugged conditions.

CONSTRUCTION :- Tube :Seamless, uniform in thickness smooth bore and concentric rubber tube resistant to oil mist.

Reinforcement :Textile reinforcement impregnated with rubber in suitable number of plies or braided with high strength synthetic fibre or high tensile steel wire

Cover :Black rubbercover with nylon tape finish or plain with weather and abrasion resistant compound.

Application:To convery the saturated steam at specified steam pressure for use in steel mills, thermal plants, oil plants, fertilizer plants and heavy engineering industries.

CONSTRUCTION : Tube:Smooth, seamless, uniform in thickness, synthetic rubber compound.

Reinforcement :Plies of natural or synthetic woven textiles or cotton yarn braided plies impregnated with suitanle rubber compound or high tensile steel wire braided.

Cover :Synthetic rubber compound resistant to abrasion and heat with wrap finish,

Application:Recommended for conveying wide range of chemicals such as minerals acids, aikalies, solution of inorganic salts, alcoholic materials during production and in transfer operations.

CONSTRUCTION : Tube:Seamless black or white synthetic or natural rubber tube resistant to various chemicals.

Reinforcement :Textile reinforcement impregnated with rubber in suitable number of plies or synthetic fibre.

Cover :Rubber cover resistant to chemicals.

Application :Specially for use in dispensing pumps for petrol & diesel and other fuels.

CONSTRUCTION : Tube :Smooth, seamless, uniform in thickness to be of synthetic rubber compound resistant to petroleum and diesel fuel.

Reinforcement :Two plies of cotton fiber yarn with suitable strength.

Cover :Synthetic rubber compound resistant to abrasion, weather petrol and diesel fuels with wrap finished,

Electricity continuity :One or two electrically bonded wires between braided of cotton yarns throughout the hose length
