PRDS station is a steam conditioning system to reduce steam pressure and temperature

The inlet steam to PRDS station is high pressure high temperature superheated steam and outlet is low pressure and low temperature steam i.e. conditioned steam

The conditioning of steam is achieved through Combined PRDS valve or separate Control Valve & Desuperheater.

Pressure Rating - ANSI Class 150-2500

Material - Pipe A106 Gr.B fow low temperature, A335 P11 / A335 P22 for high tempearture.
